El conjunto es muy seguro porque queda cerrado las 24 horas con conserjes de dia y guardia nocturno. La playa es la mas cercana a Quito. Estamos a 19 Km de Pedernales y a 15 km de Cojimies. La casa tiene vista y acceso directo a la playa. Hay muchos jardines con palmas para pasear, la playa es fabulosa y desierta y ofrece bellisimas caminatas. El mar es un poco movido, lo justo para jugar con las olas; en Cojimies el mar es siempre tranquilo.
