The train is a 5 minute walk but far enough to not hear it. North Salem has a few coffeeshops and breakfast joints a stone throw away. And, oh yeah, the apartment is awesome! The Violet Suite at The Dowager Countess is a fully renovated, 544 sq. ft. 2nd-floor apartment in an 1870's mansard Victorian home. Comes with one off-street parking space. Located on the north corner of the Salem Common, the Suite is easy walking distance to Salem Witch Museum, the PEM, House of The Seven Gables, sailing on Schooner Fame from Pickering Wharf, the Witch Trials Memorial, the Witch House, shops, and restaurants, Salem Ferry, and the MBTA Train station.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A few minutes walk to a multitude of great restaurants, shops, galleries, the witch house, ghost and witch tours, trolley tours, Salem ferry, Pickering wharf, Salem witch museum, witch dungeon museum and a few minutes drive to Salem Willows and the house of the seven gables. All three bedrooms that are on the second floor will have AC units from mid June till September.
