The house has a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom and two double bedrooms with capacity for four people. It has a heating system using a pellet stove and is equipped with kitchenware, linen, kitchen appliances and a washing machine. In addition, welcome products are included in the kitchen and bathroom. Outside you can enjoy a garden with barbecue equipped with furniture. It has good views, it is sunny and bright, ideal to enjoy a beautiful sunset. It is a perfect area to disconnect and enjoy a unique natural environment . It is located 15-20 minutes from the beach, and also has several river pools in its close circle (one of them in the same town), thus being able to enjoy the beach and the mountains at the same time. The house has been restored by the owner using recycled items and woods cut in the forrest. So it has a very artistic touch,and handmade feeling. You are right on the river shore ,surrounded by oak forest and old walking trails. A very peaceful spot. La casa fue construido por la duena usando materiales recicladas y maderas cortadas en su propio bosque . A si que da un toque muy personal artistico . El terreno linda con el rio Verdugo en la que se puede encontrar pozas aptos para el bano .
