We are located in the historic centre of Lagrasse ‘village classé’ listed among the most beautiful of France. Profitez du calme de notre charmant T2, entièrement rénové dans un petit ensemble de 2 appartements. Vous disposez en rez-de-chaussée d'un accès individuel ainsi que d'un jardin sans vis à vis exposé plein sud. Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.

Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 bed and the other with 2 beds of 70 close together, a bathroom with shower and toilet which is in the largest of the bedrooms. (This house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility)
