Un excellent séjour chez Philippe ! Le logement est impeccable et très bien équipé . Philippe est un hôte réactif, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L’emplacement est calme tout en étant proche des commodités. Je recommande vivement !

Communication with Estelle was excellent from start to finish. She was a perfect host, always willing to help when asked but otherwise discreet. Her family were also very helpful. The gite is just as described, perfectly clean and presented. The kitchen is a little tricky to get used to in a corner under the stairs but everything is in good condition and works perfectly. Plenty of hot water in the shower. The bed is very comfortable. On the very hot nights air conditioning would have been welcome though there are good fans. Near to to shopping and so many places to visit in the locality. The roads are very quiet for walking and cycling. The outdoor areas are private, absolutely peaceful, the only sounds are the breeze and birds.

Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Très bel endroit pour une parenthèse en famille, la maison est agréable et bien distribuée. Bien équipée et les différents coin repas, apéro, repos sont un plus. Le coin piscine naturelle avec la vue dégagée ainsi que le salon extérieur sont propices aux apéros prolongés surtout avec le temps qu’on a eu pendant notre séjour. ( Puy du Fou pendant 2 jours). Quand aux hôtes, charmants comme le lieu, rien à rajouter, on reviendra sûrement.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment avec ma copine dans ce superbe logement. Merci à Gabrielle pour sa gentillesse et réactivité au cours du séjour. Je recommande !

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Le logement est magnifique, paisible, décoré avec soin, un vrai petit cocon. Le jardin est superbe et la piscine un vrai plus : propre, agréable et idéale pour se détendre. Isabelle a été très arrangeante pour notre arrivée anticipée, ce qui nous a permis de profiter au maximum du lieu dès le début. Tout était propre, bien pensé, et on s’y sent vraiment bien. Merci encore pour cette belle parenthèse, on reviendrait avec plaisir !

We had a wonderful time, and Vincent's place is simply perfect! Everything was just as shown in the pictures - if not better. The kitchen is very well equipped. A big supermarket is just a couple of minutes' walk away. The garden and the surrounding area are idyllic. We felt very welcome, and communication was easy. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Un véritable havre de paix ! Le gîte est charmant, décoré avec goût et parfaitement équipé pour passer un séjour des plus agréables. Joel est chaleureux, attentionné et toujours disponible tout en restant discret. Une adresse à recommander les yeux fermés !

We verbleven in een knus huis omgeven door veel groen in een bijzondere landschapstuin. We hebben ervaren dat Patrick het belangrijk vindt dat zijn gasten het echt naar hun zin hebben. Elke ochtend bracht hij ons vers brood. Bij aankomst vonden we in de koelkast melk, boter, eieren, spekjes en water. Op tafel een fles wijn. We hebben het heerlijk gehad in deze mooie omgeving en waren graag nog langer dan 8 dagen gebleven!!

Excellent séjour dans cette très belle maison accueillante avec une vue mer magnifique depuis le canapé du salon, un très beau et grand jardin. Les photos sont conformes. Le logement est très propre et grand. Bon point pour la localisation avec la plage à 5 min à pied dans une zone résidentielle au calme. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir visiter Guérande, Carnac, La Baule tout prêt.

Séjour magique dans un petit coin de paradis, Philippe a été aux petits soins avec nous. Le logement est magnifique et l'environnement très paisible, c'est un endroit parfait pour s'évader quelque jours ! Il y a de nombreuses activités à proximité, des randonnées très agréables dans le coin et de jolies villages à visiter. Je recommande vivement cet réservation aux amoureux du calme et de la nature, mais aussi à ceux que veulent s'échapper le temps d'un weekend 🌼

It’s hard to sum up Anthonin’s beautiful home in just 1000 characters. It’s like nowhere you will have ever stayed before. Every room is so full of character and charm. In every corner of every room is a memory or memento from a 1000 wonderful nights spent here with friends. The house itself has been beautifully and sympathetically restored. It is not a modern property and anyone expecting minimalist chic will be disappointed 😂 it is such a unique property and my family and I loved every minute of our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. It is very private set in beautiful countryside. Restaurants and amenities are a drive away. But there are abundant places for walks and runs from the front door. The pool area is gorgeous and great for all ages. Loads of seating and social areas inside and out. This place is an utter joy and I promise if you’ve stumbled across it you won’t be disappointed. Anthonin too is a complete gent and was always available. Big thumbs up.

Gîte réservé pour une soirée et une journée. Confortable et calme, avec bcp d’espace (y compris pour garer les voitures). Les bords de Vilaine sont juste à coté

Maison d’architecte belle et bien pensée. Les espaces sont agréables à vivre et la vue est magnifique ! Quel bonheur de se réveiller ou de prendre un bain face à la nature ! Le tout dans un des charmants villages du Perche. La communication a été fluide et efficace. Je recommande

Superbe maison restaurée avec beaucoup de goût et pleine de charme. Idéale pour flâner et découvrir Amboise, Chenonceau et autres merveilles…

Franck’s property was impeccable, and the natural environment surrounding it was peaceful and so lovely. Franck greeted us warmly and was responsive to questions throughout the stay. The home was spacious and well-stocked. We stayed during an especially warm time, and Franck supplied a portable A/C unit and fan for the upstairs, so we slept comfortably. We would definitely stay again!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux à la villa Hulotte. L'endroit est parfait autant pour les familles que pour les groupes d'amis, avec de nombreuses activités proposées sur place. Nous y avons célébré la fin de nos partiels dans une ambiance détendue, avec la possibilité d’écouter de la musique librement. Le jacuzzi chauffé a été très apprécié. Petit bémol toutefois concernant la piscine, que nous pensions également chauffée d'après les informations communiquées par l'hôte, mais qui ne l'était malheureusement pas.

Stephanie is the perfect host that really helped us enjoy her beautiful property. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our time while ending our 5 week Europe vacation. The local small towns away from typical tourist spots and region offered us a little glimpse of the real French countryside with the benefit of close drives to more prolific tourist spots on the North coast. The weather was unusually hot for our stay so the pool was a blessing for the kids. We highly recommend this property of you are in the region.

WE prolongé très agréable…beaucoup de chance avec la météo en plus ! La balade du côté du GR34 est magnifique, surtout au coucher du soleil. Très bien situé pour aller se promener à Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, et toutes les autres stations balnéaires de la région. Gîte conforme aux photos et au descriptif, chaleureux, bien décoré et très bien équipé. Accueil sympathique par Val et c’est toujours agréable d’avoir des petites attentions à l’arrivée…très bon cake au citron 😋 Bons échanges également avec Gwen, rencontrée plus tard. Une dédicace spéciale, suite aux recommandations de Val, pour un restaurant « L’amour à la plage » à 7 mn en voiture, repris au mois d’avril, avec une véranda ouverte sur la plage et la mer…et cuisine « maison » ! Une belle parenthèse…

David ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber! Wir haben uns in seinem Haus wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war einfach herrlich dort. David ist sehr kinderfreundlich, was uns zu gute kam mit unseren Kindern. Der Pool wurde heiß geliebt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war ausgezeichnet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, sogar ein Gasgrill ist vor Ort. Wir hatten einfach zwei paradiesische Wochen mitten in den Weinfeldern.

Lieu absolument incroyable, décoré avec goût, dans un village exceptionnel. Beaucoup d’efforts ont été mis dans la décoration, où le bien être. Être au bord de l’eau avec cette vue est juste inimaginable. Manque juste un four (au mur au dessus des plaques , my 2 cents) et un rideau dans la chambre (accroché à au mur avec des anneaux, my 2 cents à nouveau). Vraiment une expérience géniale .

Super logement ! Un très bon week-end en profitant de la piscine et du jacuzzi !
