Great stay in the sun! Very well located accommodation 5 minutes from the beach to follow the tides and access the GR8, 15 minutes' walk to the city center, and close to the Vélocéan for bike rides. I would add that it is very well equipped and clean. In summary = very satisfied!

Excellent stay, superb house with very nice upscale amenities, pool with small cover and summer kitchen were added compared to the photos. Kitchen is perfectly equipped. The environment is great and close to the port, beaches, downtown and bike paths. There are even bikes with a baby seat.

Very good stay in the Loire region, originally planned for a hot air balloon trip but also visits to castles and museums close to the accommodation (Musée DUFRESNES and Musée des Blindés) The accommodation is as described, well-equipped, clean and the terrace is very pleasant, in a quiet environment. What we will remember the most is the warm welcome from Marie-Paule and Jean-Louis. A real pleasure to have met them. THANK YOU AGAIN SO MUCH, for their kindness and different touches. We had a pleasant stay. I would recommend this place and especially its owners.

After a difficult check-in (the lockbox code provided was incorrect. In addition, the water meter was closed. The boiler was off… The Wifi wasn't working. In short, everything seemed to be off to a bad start. But the agency reacted well and informed us of the procedures to follow to remedy the lack of professionalism of the concierge. Otherwise, an excellent stay in this house.

coming back to the same apartment as last year, I could only enjoy the places and the surroundings as well as the value for money. However, some improvements would be welcome: wi fi balcony table and veils in front of the French doors I hope to come back with a better time. Kind regards

Very pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment, very spacious and convenient! The view is superb, the surroundings are very quiet and the proximity to the beaches and especially the Paracou is a real asset. The only downside is the lack of a bakery or convenience store in this corner of La Chaume so don't forget anything! I would highly recommend it!!

Apartment corresponding to the description and impeccably clean. The small touches for vacationers are very much appreciated (sweets in the fridge, maintenance and hygiene kit, etc.). I would recommend it without hesitation and will be happy to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen amenities are amazing! We've never had anything like this before. It really had EVERYTHING you need. We were really happy about that. The bed was comfortable and it was nice that you could completely darken the room. Yes, if you want to sit on the balcony, it is louder on the street. It didn't bother us. Beautiful apartment! 🙂

Very nice stay, perfect location and magnificent view! Only small downside when there are several people and having only one set of keys is not very practical especially since the intercom does not work...
