In the middle of the countryside, studio adjoining my house, with independent entrance, including a kitchenette, a bedroom with a 140 bed, a shower room with Italian shower and private terrace. The 10m X 5m swimming pool, sunbeds, is shared with myself. Dining shelter equipped with a plancha, table + 4 chairs. Ping pong table. We are located in Belvès at 10kms, charming medieval village, Castelnaud at 10kms, Domme at 18kms, Sarlat at 20kms. The pool is open in late May.

Beautiful house, very well-equipped, very clean and quiet. Nothing is missing. Small pool that is very nice in hot weather. This one is heated. Very nice decoration. Ideally located to visit the Black Périgord. Very close to Beynac. Many sites within 20 minutes' drive. The Dordogne is very close (10 min walk) with the possibility of canoeing. Margot welcomed us with kindness. Very available while remaining discreet. We recommend this property.

We had the most wonderful holiday at Stephane and Bob's beautiful gite. They are very friendly and thoughtful hosts who have a fabulous home and garden. The house is located in a secluded plot surrounded by woodland and with amazing views over the countryside. It has comfy beds, a modern kitchen with everything you need, a gas BBQ, a huge deck with outdoor seating and of course the lovely heated swimming pool. It is truly peaceful yet within an easy drive of Montignac with its supermarkets and riverside eateries. Saint Amand de Coly is a great base for exploring the Dordogne by car, with lots to see, visit and do within just half an hour’s drive and more further afield. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this super property.

Perfect location, met by hosts at convenient time to us. Very accommodating. Walked into Sarlat, took 20 mins. Steep walk there and back! Ok for us. Variety of menus available in Sarlat, spoilt for choice. Can’t fault the place.

We had a lovely stay on the Sarlat side. The accommodation offered is as described, the bedding is pretty good. One small thing: remember to bring your utensils for the BBQ. The pool is nice, but only one of the 2 was open when we stayed. On the other hand, it's often hard to fully enjoy it because of the world and the kids jumping on you... A guide sheet is available in the home with local must-sees. Thanks again to Michel for hosting us.
