A Carlux, petit village, vous trouverez des commerces (épicerie-boucherie et boulangerie) et des activités de loisirs à proximité immédiate (Canoës, piste cyclable, randonnées et baignade en bord de Dordogne à trois minutes). De grands centre commerciaux sont à 10 minutes. Piscine partagée avec un autre gîte. Fermée du 7.09.2025 au 01.04.26.

Le logement est proche de restaurants, d’activités adaptées aux familles, de la vie nocturne, de la rivière et principalement des sites touristiques importants dans la région.

In the center of Périgord Noir, 15 minutes from the city of Sarlat, the cottage Les Pierres Blondes offers accommodation "Les Vinaigriers". You will enjoy its absolute calm, its private terrace, its landscaped garden and the heated swimming pool from May to the end of september. The river La Dordogne is 5 minutes by car with its canoe rentals and including the cingle of Turnac with its beautiful wild beach.

Mon logement est proche du centre historique de Sarlat. Vous apprécierez mon logement car La villa est nichée dans un domaine privé sur les hauteurs sud de Sarlat, très spacieuse et confortable, climatisée et parfaitement équipée. Vue panoramique sur la campagne.. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples et les familles (avec enfants). La piscine est chauffée de mai à septembre.
