Family-friendly vacation rentals in Payangan

The Villa Camini is newly renovated at less than 5 mins drive to the Eminyak shopping district. The place is beautiful and great for our family of four, and we could even get in-house massage done for all of us at the same time. Drivers from Grab and food delivery have no problem finding the place. The only issue is that walking out doesn't feel safe due to the narrow road leading in and out, which means we gave the shops located near us a miss. Small issues such as poor drainage at bathroom, rain water getting in to the bedroom when rain is really heavy (which can be prevented by lowering the blind) and one power socket for clothe ironing not working, the rest of the things are great! Filtered water, functional kitchen, great view and lots of space. Our agent Andi was also super responsive in attending to our request and coordinated the booking of various activities in 4 days time.

Nous sommes vraiment tombés amoureux de cette jolie villa ! Tout est présent pour vous charmer : une belle chambre donnant sur une piscine et une vue sur la rizière à couper le souffle. Cette expérience en pleine nature permet de complètement déconnecter, de s’éloigner de la foule et du trafic d’Ubud. Même si ce n’est pas en plein centre, de très bonnes adresses, en particulier restaurants et Spas, ne manquent pas aux alentours. Petit plus pour Shesha, la sœur de Kadek, qui a été vraiment adorable avec nous. Très arrangeante et toujours souriante, c’était un réel plaisir quand elle venait nous apporter le petit déjeuner. Notre communication a également était parfaite avec Kadek avant notre arrivée. Les hôtes nous proposent aussi des services tels que transfert depuis l’aéroport ou location de scooter, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si nous sommes à nouveau de passage à Bali !

what a beautiful place and the most welcoming hosts I ever had, the place is about 20 min walking from the main street with shoppings, Ibud palca and lovely cafes and restaurants. You will enjoy the swimming pool after a long day of activities. i recommend 1000%

A fantastic villa in an excellent location close to eat street and the Coco supermarket. The villas were updated and extremely well maintained and the staff of Krisna and Ayu were amazing at preparing our breakfast when requested and attending to other requests. There are excellent amenities for children with high chairs, a pool fence (additional cost) and plastic utensils - the added touches which matter! I highly recommend this villa for anyone who wants a luxurious and peaceful escape in Seminyak - but still close to the action. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip to Bali!

Gede has been amazing. He’s not only was our host, but offered free laundry service, took us around and gave us rides, and negotiated excursion prices for us. He even introduced us to his family and invited us to participate in their religious ceremony. He also went out of his way to accept a transfer for me so i can pay for my tattoo. He literally went to 3 different banks to make sure I had enough. He’s not only a host, but a solid person and a friend. You should book with him.

The property is awesome. Very spacious and beautiful, with a view of rice fields all around. For people who want a peaceful place, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is it! Dont look any further. Mr. Ngakan was super-helpful - got us whatever we needed, including local transport, helped us plan for sightseeing. His wife made us a delicious dinner spread. The breakfast that was included in the package was awesome as well. Probably one of my best airbnb experiences. 10 on 10.

We had a great time at Chi's home! The accommodations are just as described, and the location is super convenient. The staff was great, cooked tasty breakfasts, and even took our laundry to get washed for us! (For a small fee, which was worth it to us. The washers were less than 90m away, so we could walk there). We didn't spend a ton of time in the house since we were busy exploring Seminyak, but the time we did spend there was very welcoming and tranquil. A few things to note: The kitchen, dining, and communal area are all outside. It's all covered, but there's no air conditioning so you're exposed to the heat and humidity. There are ceiling fans to help move air, and we got used to it, but it's worth keeping in mind (and if it's still too much for you, just jump in the pool!). Also, the warm/hot water runs out fast, so if you need it for some reason, keep that in mind. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

Don’t think you can do justice to this place with words alone. Kate’s place is one of the most beautiful airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. The aesthetic, design and overall vibe is next level! Beautiful artefacts, furnishings and decor from around world, stylish furniture and considered spaces. From the comfortable bed, to the outdoor shower surrounded by thriving plants, through to outdoor lounge area - there is joy found throughout. Could not recommend this place enough.

Villa Besok was beautiful and we loved our stay. Komang and Gede made us feel right at home from the second we checked in up until our checkout. It was actually so sad to leave them as they felt like family. They were both so accommodating with absolutely everything including; organising chosen groceries on check in; daily breakfasts with shopping, helping with the babies and children (Komang has the magic touch), organising our washing and so much more! We had a group of 7 x adults, 3 x children and 2 x babies. The Villa was so accomodating with organising a pool fence and toddler beds for the children. Great location; Just a short walk from the Main Street and supermarket or alternatively organise a gojek to pick you up from your door. Spa Jasmin was also recommended and at the end of the alley on the Main Street. We will definitely be back as we loved the Villa and everything it had to offer.

What a treasure in the heart of Ubud! It’s near the shopping district and many wonderful restaurants. The house is exceptionally well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and the bathroom. The air on worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was perfect for a late afternoon dip to cool off or an early morning meditation. The house is equipped with filtered water on demand. It was a pity that we only stayed one night. Next year it will be more.

Made and David make us feel like home, lovely host, friendly and always paying attention if wee need anything. Location is great, in the heart of Canggu, plenty of shops and restaurants around. Villa is clean with a nice pool. Strongly recommended!!

Made is a super friendly host who we saw every morning on our way out. He always checked on how everything was going. Made was always responsive to any questions we had or any requests we had. This villa was in a peaceful location and about a 30 minute walk to the Ubud town centre. We loved the showers that were outdoors yet still private. Made provided lots of breakfast options which were all good.

What can I say about Sunset Sala? Except beautiful beautiful beautiful. Anyone who rubbishes this place needs to have their head red. The people who run. It are the absolute salt of the Earth beautiful down to earth caring and nurturing people. You will find anywhere on the planet. This is my fifth return to this place in about 15 years and I will always come back. It has never changed except just improved. These treat you people like family and will always have a special place in my heart.

I stayed with Nyoman and his family for nearly 3 weeks. My stay was fantastic in every way. The villa was very comfortable, really clean and a stones throw from the oceon. The villa location was in front of Nyomans family compound and so provided a wonderful opportunity to learn about local village life and also an incredibly peaceful, secluded space as required. Nyoman has been instrumental in the local coral regeneration program and of course fishes. Opportunities to snorkel or scuba dive, go out fishing and or see dolphins AND learn about coral regeneration abound. I loved my experiences of all of it! The village also makes salt traditionally along the shore line. Made, Nyomans wife, is a wonderful cook and works at the local cooking school. There is a warung /restaurant 3 minutes walk away offering great vegetarian and vegan options. A perfect stay with an authentic, caring, wonderful family in every way and highly recommended. Absolutely fabulous stay. Gorgeous room and really lovely staff. We loved the hammock and the net platform area, which the staff supplied a doona for and it really extended the outdoor living area. Food was good and not overly expensive (there’s nowhere else to go nearby) with a choice of room service or restaurant dining. The hot stone massage was outstanding!

Really enjoyed this space. The staff were amazing. Pool is awesome. Great location with lots of things within walking distance. Would recommend.

You might find an equally good villa in the neighbourhood, but no way are you going to find a better staff than Kadek and her team. We didnt give many instructions about the food we wanted to eat and got blown away every single day. Coming home to Kadeks dinner from a beautiful yet exhausting trip was my daily highlight. The garden is well taken care of, the litter on the beach gets cleared daily and rooms/house are constantly being cleaned aswell. The only negative you may face, is that you might struggle with motivation to leave the villa for trips, when paradise is right at your doorstep :P Jokes aside you should really do the dolphin tour in lovina and ask Kadek about her delicious rendang and the fish in banana leaves! We stayed at this villa in Bali for a week and absolutely loved everything about it. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The pool were especially lovely – perfect for enjoying the tropical atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed, from organizing transport to recommending local spots. The location was also great – peaceful and private, yet close enough to restaurants, and the beach. We truly felt at home and didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!

Great family friendly accommodation. The villa is one floor up, overlooking the beach in a quiet villa resort. It feels very private and the floor layout works well with young children as it is enclosed with no need for locking of separated rooms. Hosts A&J have made every effort to make the home comfortable, with everything provided and a great coffee machine 😎 Pariatna the manager and Made who keeps the place beautifully clean both speak excellent English and are delightful. Even though the villa is privately owned within a hotel, all hotel facilities are available to use, pools, spa, bar/restaurant, and hotel staff welcoming and helpful. Local restaurant Dasa by the Sea provide courtesy driver and the food is excellent. Highly recommended. Thank you for a lovely stay 🙏

This space was a perfect home base for checking out Ubud while in town during our honeymoon. The staff and owners went above and beyond to make our stay just what we wanted and completely tailored to us. We would definitely stay again & would recommend for anyone looking to have a unique indoor/outdoor lush jungle villa with staff to accommodate your wants and needs.

Notre séjour fut impeccable. Putu et sa femme sont des hôtes très réactifs et chaleureux. On se sent comme à la maison. Le paysage est magnifique, leur cuisine est délicieuse, les lieux sont très bien entretenus, y compris la piscine, et le logement est très spacieux… En bref, rien à redire, c’était parfait. Les alentours ressemblent à des tableaux vivants, avec un paysage à la fois exotique et apaisant. Un moment incroyable, n’hésitez surtout pas !

From the moment we found this place we were super excited for our trip. We love Ubud and have been a few times now, we were looking for a central yet quiet location so we can go to Yoga Barn and a gym nearby but also relax in between and this could not have been any better!! 15min walk or a 3 min scooter ride from villa to main road. Our weeks recipe was: Blondy scooter(great price and communication) + Ubud Yoga House yoga classes + Breakfasts at Pukako + Afternoon with fresh fruit by pool in villa + Evening time on terrace and hammock + Dinner at Shanti Warung! It felt extremely cosy and homely. Villa was tidied up each day. And even if it was quite open and rural, we had no insect issues inside the villa. Just a few cute baby geckos: who are harmless. Watching paddy field workers, listening to birds around, go for a long Sari Organic Walk and enjoy the local village! Highly recommend and will definitely be back to this hidden gem. 🤍🌴 Thank you Niluh and staff at villa! 🤍🙏🏻

Die Villa und die Aussicht waren sehr schön! Man kann sehr gut den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Wir haben das BBQ in Anspruch genommen, es war sehr lecker. Die Straße zur Villa ist ein wenig holprig. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
