We really fell in love with this beautiful villa! Everything is there to charm you: a beautiful room overlooking a pool and breathtaking views of the rice field. This outdoor experience allows you to completely disconnect, get away from the crowds and traffic of Ubud. Even if it's not in the center, there is no shortage of very good addresses, especially restaurants and spas. A little extra for Shesha, Kadek's sister, who was really lovely to us. Very accommodating and always smiling, it was a real pleasure when she came to bring us breakfast. Our communication was also perfect with Kadek before our arrival. Hosts also offer services such as airport transfers or scooter rentals, which is very nice. We will come back without hesitation if we are in Bali again!

Gede has been amazing. He’s not only was our host, but offered free laundry service, took us around and gave us rides, and negotiated excursion prices for us. He even introduced us to his family and invited us to participate in their religious ceremony. He also went out of his way to accept a transfer for me so i can pay for my tattoo. He literally went to 3 different banks to make sure I had enough. He’s not only a host, but a solid person and a friend. You should book with him.

The property is awesome. Very spacious and beautiful, with a view of rice fields all around. For people who want a peaceful place, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is it! Dont look any further. Mr. Ngakan was super-helpful - got us whatever we needed, including local transport, helped us plan for sightseeing. His wife made us a delicious dinner spread. The breakfast that was included in the package was awesome as well. Probably one of my best airbnb experiences. 10 on 10.

First off, we started at another villa and were not satisfied with the accommodations. I found this Villa by Agus and they responded immediately and allowed us to check in the same day within 2h of requesting. Walking through the wooden doors to the ambiance of the fountain pool and the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms as well as kitchen are overwhelmingly perfect. We cooked some of our own meals and ordered a meal and drinks from the host. They offer all kinds of services of which we had the 90min massage, flowers, dinners and beverages. They offer so much more, including the history of the Villa. The host, his wife and family and cute pups are so very kind and gracious. This was the perfect stay for us especially for spring break and taking time away. Relaxing, beautiful, and clean. I would choose this villa again and again. I was so pleased with the location, friendliness of the host, and truly peaceful tropical setting. Thank you.

We had a great time! The host was very welcoming, always smiling and responded very quickly to messages. The accommodation and the outside fully met our expectations. Breakfast was excellent and we had a kitchenette and drinking water directly in the room which is a real plus. The location was great, close to very good restaurants. I would highly recommend it.

I stayed in Puck villa for 6 night and everything has been amazing! Staff is friendly and welcoming, the villa is really huge, airy, very clean and with all the services that you need. The place is so quiet and peaceful, it was a pleasure enjoy the pool or stay relaxed in the balcony. All around is full of amazing Cafe and restaurants, in a beautiful walkable area that is not so common in Ubud.

We had a very pleasant stay at this house. The garden is beautiful and the environment peacefull. We highly recommend!

This place is an absolute Heaven. Tucked away in a quaint little corner of Ubud. The place has an amazing view of rice fields with the elevated covered deck giving beautiful setting to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets alike. And The host Made is one of the nicest person you would ever meet. An absolute gem with a heart of gold looking after the smallest needs of the guests. And Yes The Complimentary Breakfast provided by him is a wonderful treat. We shall be back here again.

Very comfortable & clean room. Friendly & helpful personnel. Had a restful night there. Central but quite location. Few meters away from Alchemy center, Dragon tea temple & waroeng Bernadette. Strongly recommend it & would definitely come back !

Thank you, Made. This accommodation was everything we could need for a comfortable one-month stay in Ubud. We cook a lot and really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. When there was an issue with one of the appliances, Made helped us with another option. We received regular housekeeping with fresh flowers and refills on water. The house is very clean, has beautiful decor and we loved walking to quiet nearby coffee shops in the rice fields. Made’s Son, Konek drove us from the airport and both he and Made helped us get our bags to the house via scooter. We also hired Konek to drive us to other parts of the island. He is a terrific driver. We really enjoyed getting to know him and recommend him highly, just as we recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in Ubud. We would feel fortunate to be able to stay again. :)

what a beautiful place and the most welcoming hosts I ever had, the place is about 20 min walking from the main street with shoppings, Ibud palca and lovely cafes and restaurants. You will enjoy the swimming pool after a long day of activities. i recommend 1000%

Nyos and his team are amazing. Location is beautiful. The views are amazing. It feels like you were in the middle of a treehouse mansion. However, if you do not like bugs and insects , this is not the place for you. You need to keep in mind that you are in the middle of a jungle and there are many crawling bugs, flying bugs that come into the house during the day when the doors are open.. otherwise everything was perfect and the service of the team was excellent, they did their best to make sure I was happy.

The house was bigger than it looked on the photos, big nice rooms. Very clean and fresh, but it is a house that is 25 years old. Breakfast was amazing. Omelette and pancakes that were the best so far on the trip. Wayan and his wife took very good care of us 🤩 The only thing that bothered was that there was a construction work going on just below. They got into a phase when it was banging and beating very much. But had we not been home and sick in the middle of the day, we would have barely noticed. Very affordable accommodation with the good breakfast and transfer into Ubud C.

Well maintained property and a very courteous host is what I would like to describe my stay. Location is beautiful.All services are working. Icing on the cake is “Very friendly” nature of host, who is very proactive in looking after guests requirements and is very easy to communicate to.Definitely a must visit. We loved our stay here. The villa is beautifully set in colourful, tropical greenery. We particularly enjoyed the pool as the surrounding Pagoda flowers attracted butterflies which we watched come and go while swimming - a truly amazing experience! We were greeted with such warm hospitality and fantastic food. David was extremely helpful and very informative about how to best enjoy the area and indeed the island. We would wholeheartedly recommend and look forward to returning next year.

For someone like me who wants to experience local life and not stay in tourist areas, this house is a great experience. It is located in a village north of Ubud, surrounded by lush plants. The host Victor's father built this beautiful house when he was 90 years old. It is an open traditional wooden structure building, with classic antique teak furniture (I love it very much). There are six rooms on two floors, a large living room and a swimming pool. There is a hearty breakfast every morning. The host and staff will respond to our needs at any time. There won't be many mosquitoes during the season we arrived, but the sound of insects will accompany you to sleep. The host couple is very nice, this house is the beginning of their love. Although it's a bit far (about 2 hours drive from the airport), the driver Barick is very nice and the price is reasonable. If you go to the north, such as the terraces, it is convenient. There is also a very nice restaurant next to this house. I spent my 40th birthday here, and my 2-year-old son loved it too. I will definitely bring him back here when he grows up.

I absolutely loved staying at this charming little house. The location is fantastic—truly a rare find to have such a peaceful retreat in the heart of Ubud. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Having a daily housekeeping service is a real treat, something not often found in Airbnb listings. The pool is the perfect place to cool off, and the other guests were friendly and respectful, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. I’d love to stay here again, though it is on the higher end of Bali pricing for long-term stays. For a short visit, however, it’s well worth it!

Oki's place is a great pick if you want to stay in Ubud and explore the usual tourist spots since it's half an hour away from Ubud Palace, Saraswati temple, etc. Even though the hosts had a personal emergency, he made it a point to check in with us from the point we landed to our last day, highly appreciate the level of professionalism displayed. Also they helped us with all our bookings be it the cab, ATV ride and were super prompt in their responses. There is a cafe that is 300m from the place which is highly rated and has great vegan options (their hummus is a must try!). Would highly recommend this place.

This space was a perfect home base for checking out Ubud while in town during our honeymoon. The staff and owners went above and beyond to make our stay just what we wanted and completely tailored to us. We would definitely stay again & would recommend for anyone looking to have a unique indoor/outdoor lush jungle villa with staff to accommodate your wants and needs.

From the moment we found this place we were super excited for our trip. We love Ubud and have been a few times now, we were looking for a central yet quiet location so we can go to Yoga Barn and a gym nearby but also relax in between and this could not have been any better!! 15min walk or a 3 min scooter ride from villa to main road. Our weeks recipe was: Blondy scooter(great price and communication) + Ubud Yoga House yoga classes + Breakfasts at Pukako + Afternoon with fresh fruit by pool in villa + Evening time on terrace and hammock + Dinner at Shanti Warung! It felt extremely cosy and homely. Villa was tidied up each day. And even if it was quite open and rural, we had no insect issues inside the villa. Just a few cute baby geckos: who are harmless. Watching paddy field workers, listening to birds around, go for a long Sari Organic Walk and enjoy the local village! Our family of four had a great time here! The location is perfect for exploring Ubud, and the staff are super friendly and helpful—they even assisted us with booking tickets to Nusa Penida. The villa has three bedrooms, and we were allowed to use all of them. The view is absolutely breathtaking, with lush greenery and a peaceful river—very healing. My dad especially loved meditating here. We’ll definitely come back with friends next time!

We spent 3 days in this nice villa in a beautiful setting. Big beds with mosquito nets, big bathroom, nice porch with view on the rice fields. From the moment of booking , communication with Kadek was very swift and easy. A lot of helpful information was given in several brochures they made. Tasty breakfast every morning made by Kadek, Made and Made. Thanks also to Paul Newman !
