Vacation rentals in Paxos

Hibiscus is situated in a very authentic part of Gaios. I felt like a local as I walked down a little winding path to the port. The property has a balcony which goes around two sides, giving shade at different parts of the day. Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed. Aircon is super efficient. It took me 3 minutes walk to get to the beautiful unspoilt bay with its great selection of bars and restaurants. Super yachts jostle with simple fishing boats as this island is fast becoming a must visit location.

This was one of our favorite places to stay, ever! Such a comfortable apartment, with both a balcony to see the water and a terrace to look at the beautiful garden. It was such a peaceful place, and so relaxing to hear the water lapping on the shore. It is close to one of the most charming villages in Greece, also. And walking distance to a beautiful (rocky) beach for swimming (Levrechio Beach). But the best part was the host, Aglaia, who also goes by Elsa. She is one the kindest, friendliest people we've ever met, and she has created such a beautiful place for people to stay. Aglaia really made us feel welcome and we appreciated her warm hospitality. There are also nice restaurants to eat at in town, and a market and two bakeries. We came at the end of the season, so some places had closed down for the season. Read Sofronios' instructions on how to get here carefully, as the AirBnB instructions put us on the other side of the town. We highly recommend staying here!

The place looked good in the photo. Once settled in , we totally loved the calm peaceful aura. This is created by lemon trees gape vines hanging above a hammock beautiful gardens strategically positioned to create privacy for other guests . Toilets showers clean excellent kitchen with all facilities required. Beautiful water feature at the kitchen window that you can sit with a coffee and drift into peaceful bliss. Photo’s don’t do it any favours other than make it look nice . You need to be there to capture the full experience. Vassou and Christos were good hosts always prompt with any requests and always asking if we needed anything. The only complaint was the road in that had a massive pothole big enough to swallow my hired fiat 500 and deep enough to scrape the underside. Ongoing project at the moment I will be back to see its completion . I am highly active and like to move around this place just grounded me with its peace.

The best view in town!! With an infinity pool that looks over Gaois and boasts an incredible sunrise you are sure not to miss this spot. With that comes a very steep ascent to the house so would recommend an automatic car or a confident driver. Otherwise simple (and worth it). Andreas was an attentive host and the outside space is what sells this space. Very easy to explore the island after a morning relaxing but the pool. Andreas will be sure to give you lots of local recs. we will be back

A magical stay in Lakka we will never forget. The view is the best of the town from the balcony, and feels private and not overlooked. Anthi was so helpful checking us in, refreshing bins/towels half way through our stay. The apartment was so lovely and clean. Ceilings are slanted in some areas (normal for a loft apartment) which gave us a few laughs since my 6’3 fiancé had to bend slightly in the shower! The town has so many restaurants/bars/tavernas to choose from, we didn’t have one bad meal! All beautiful authentic. Great atmosphere and feel to the small town. Highlight was hiring a boat and cruising down the east coast of the island for the day! Beautiful couple of pebbled beaches to choose from in Lakka bay and some nice walks. This place is special, would recommend to anyone and can’t wait to come back to where we got engaged!

You cannot fault this place, location is fantastic, the restaurants in the local area are geeat, the boat hire below is hassle free. The apartment was spotless, the towels and bed linen were soft and clean, with a cleaner visiting eveyday. It is well worth the money and made the trip all the more memorable.

We’ve really enjoyed our stay here on Paxos, what a beautiful Island with incredible beaches and exquisite sea. Our place was great, simple but exactly what we wanted ~ quiet and away from it all. Olga who looks after the place was helpful, warm and friendly. We have had a wonderful holiday!!

We were there with our baby, and the house was perfect – secluded from the world with a magnificent view!
