It should be remembered that , from all the rooms, one can contemplate the sea.

Property in a condominium, with two units, each with its own individual pool, and on different floors. Full kitchen. Complimentary 350 M Wi-Fi, 45” smart TV. Suveiros with external boiler heating. Space with BBQ area. Easy access to the beach in front of the house - 50 meters. Swimming pool without protection/barrier. Children under 6 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult in this space. We accept small pets, a fee of R$150.00, for up to 2 pets, 4 beach chairs.

From July to November, the whale visit. "Where you can see from inside the house"!! House on the second floor, access via ramp! Covered garage for one car.

Heated spa on the deck, pool table, air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, Wi-Fi, indoor and outdoor barbecue, wine cellar, beer maker, dishwasher and washing machine. We love pets, but we don't allow large dogs.
