The location is excellent, close to Agamenon Magalhães, that is, easy to get to any neighborhood in Recife. A great cost benefit for a stay in Recife! I will definitely rent more often.

The apartment is great, spacious, very nicely decorated. Very large. But we rent during a period of external work in the building. Noise all day and people working on the windows. But overall, the house is perfect. One complaint only, that I tried to contact the owners and did not get a return. But the house is everything, it's great!

Vanusia is a sweetheart, she treated me like a daughter. Super kind and helpful district. The space is very organized and met my needs. I couldn't find a place closer to the convention center, I think it's about two minutes by car lol. I recommend it to everyone!

The house is excellent, very well maintained, with a very good pool and a very nice barbecue/living area. The rooms are large and accommodate families with children and couples well. The kitchen is very well equipped, you can do everything and with Avelina's services everything was much better!!! The beach area has a very nice bath, it is very worthwhile to spend some time resting and enjoying Itamaracá. To top it off, Carolina and Romildo were attentive and helpful, responding promptly to our questions and concerns and making check-in and check-out flexible. We will definitely be back on other occasions

Great stay. Silvia was flexible about check-in and the apartment was as advertised, very clean and equipped. It was not the first time we stayed in it and it certainly will not be the last. I recommend it to everyone. Note: Just one detail I would like to mention is regarding the air conditioning, I believe the climate would be more pleasant after cleaning the filter. He cooled down reasonably, didn't bother, but could have performed better. Overall, we liked it very much <3

It was a quiet stay. The apartment is well organized, everything is very clean and cozy, equipped with kitchen utensils. Very well-lit rooms for any taste, even for those who prefer indirect light. Paloma is always very helpful, responding quickly, flexible with the check-out time and committed to the good stay of the guest. I would like to emphasize that I have no negative points about my stay at the place. Voltaria more often for sure. Just adding as a suggestion to leave more than one sheet and glasses because there was only one.

Wonderful experience! Everything perfect! Accommodation, location, ease of access, cleanliness, all the great things! Katia and a darling! I got sick and she made sure everything was okay, she changed my sheets daily (because I was sweating a lot with a high fever), she indicated a hospital, etc. I highly recommend it!
