I'm not one to evaluate but in this I made question! The apartment is of very good taste. The view is a spectacle (I caught a full moon that rises from the sea right to the living room window, amazing). The furniture is of excellent taste and the apartment is very cozy. A place that would live easily. Note 10!

The LocarHouse team is very efficient! Mr. João (who received us) was very receptive and clear in the information provided. The house is very good, better in person than in the photos (which are already good), it is the closest house to the sea and the rooms have a view of it. One single detail (for me and my guests) that was missing: Blackout curtains! The rooms are very bright and it ends up becoming a little inconvenient to always be woken up at sunrise, we ended up sleeping late and having to wake up very early because of the light. Even so, 5 stars for the whole context.

The apartment is small and works well for two people. It can be hot in the summer, but it has air-conditioning and a fan available. The hospitality and kindness of the condominium concierge are essential to understanding the ground rules and how to find your way around the condominium. It is in the center of the city of Paulista, which is great for those who are in the city for work.

What a pleasure it was to stay in Christophe's unique apartment. The light at all times of the day is incredible and brings a sense of tranquility. The tropical balcony — a little piece of paradise suspended over Recife — offers a haven of peace. The apartment is spacious, full of good taste, and we were even greeted with a delicious homemade cake. This place represents the best that Airbnb has to offer.

The stay was smooth! The site is close to everything and easily located.

The stay was very good. Very spacious 2 bedroom house. There are markets with Bakery and pharmacy across the street allowing us to eat warm bread every day. In the condominium there is room for children to play, a wonderful space for barbecue. A foot of carlotinha mango, chupei mango every day as the homemakers picked up early and left it to us every day. And the very warm water pool that I came to think was heated. We stayed every day late at night in the pool. Pablo and the Washington and his brother are very attentive and helpful. The condominium on the main runway making it very easy to move to nearby beaches, close to Praia do forte , Coroa do plane, Pilar, Pontal of the island, and the one that I love Praia de Capitão de Mangue Seco. This time we did not pick up a car, it was much more important to travel by Uber. Safe place, quiet to sleep and enjoy with the family.

One room is a living room/kitchen, with TV and ceiling fan. There are two bedrooms, both with good air-conditioners. And in the back, a small area with a washing machine, clothesline and barbecue. The host responds, quickly resolving issues.

Super clean, organized and take care of all the affection of the host close to the beach, very good swimming pool and home-cooked food 10.90 Maná do Cabral less than 200 meters and delicious food and the heart bar 1 highly recommend.

The place is excellent, airy, close to bars, restaurants, snack bars, etc. The flats are great, with more than enough furniture to provide comfort, and great balconies (for those on the 1st floor). The wi-fi works well. Dona Maria de Fátima is hospitable, a former resident of the place and gives good tips about the region, she is friendly, anyway, it was great to spend the fds in her condominium. The pool water always clean, as every night it was undergoing maintenance for treatment. The beach with bar options is exactly as described on the listing, very close.
