Vacation rentals with a patio in Paul

Bruno is responsive. He checks in during the stay to see if anything is needed. He responds quickly when we contact him. The apartment is not far from the center of Mindelo and it is close to the police station. There's also a medical center right next door.

The accommodation is very spacious and bright. Easy to access with shops close to 1 km to the beach. Access to the city center is easy with buses that pass regularly. Recommended

Our stay was in a word great, it is a beautiful penthouse with sea views just outside Mindelo. The host Tânia with her buddy Pery literally constantly stood by for us, very nice to be received so hospitably. Mindelo is about a 30-minute walk away, but they make sure that someone is constantly ready to bring you, they also arrange nice trips for you like swimming with turtles. We have never felt so at home on holiday, so a super recommended, a thousand thanks to Pery and Tânia, you are great!

We were completely satisfied. The transfer worked perfectly. We felt right at home and can definitely recommend it. The location is perfect to explore Mindelo.

Mindelo Sunset - Ocean View! What a beautiful place! It was super clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. The unit has a nice vibe to it and had everything that I needed; I felt right at home! And the view! Oh my Goodness, what a view! Nothing better than waking up to a beautiful view of Monte Cara and Laginha beach! Also, the location is perfect: it's a short walk to Laginha beach and very close to Mindelo's center (downtown area) which you can find many restaurants, cafes, etc. The neighborhood is safe and the building is secure, which was exactly what I was looking for. Safety is a non negotiable for me. I also loved the fact that there is a cafe and mini-market right on the ground floor! That was super convenient for me! The host was professional, prompt, and super friendly! The host's description of the place is on point, nothing more and nothing less. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be staying at Mindelo Sunset again!

Angela was a great host. Always and responsive for anything we may have needed. the location is great and you can easily access the city centre by foot. The house was very comfortable with plenty of facilities and a lovely view at the sea.

Wonderful place and very nice host

Bruna the host was lovely, she was extremely helpful and accommodating as my friends took their baby and the place was all kitted with a cot for the baby! The house is spacious with comfortable beds, a huge patio with beautiful views of and a walking distance from the city centre. They also managed booking tours and activities in the island which was extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the island and would 100% stay here again. Thank you for the lovely hospitality!

Beautiful, modern apartment just outside the center, about 5 minutes walk to the city beach and about 10 minutes to the center. The apartment is furnished as new, clean and has everything you need for a successful vacation. Pleasant bed and shower with decent water pressure. Recommended! Deborah is an attentive host, communicating with her was very easy and quick.

The hostel is very nice and clean. It was somewhat unclear on which floor the room is located and whether the kitchen can be used by everyone. However, we were received nicely and also gave us the opportunity to exchange towels and have the room cleaned. To find it definitely helps to look at pictures of the street on Google Maps. A curtain to the toilet would also be an improvement. In addition, it would be great if there were at least chairs to sit on the terrace. The terrace is otherwise not available. There's still a lot of potential up here!

Our stay at Jennifer’s place was absolutely perfect! The logement was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Jennifer was an amazing host—super kind, always available to help, and quick to answer all our questions. She also gave us fantastic recommendations that made our trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Many thanks to let us stay at your place. Just behind (80m) bakery Morbeza. In a quit street. Lovely decorated, specios and welcomimg. A small patio to dry your clothes. The leving room is clever designed and the bedroom is at the back side. Perfect for a couple or max 3 persons. Lorry responds quick and is there to show you the appartment at check inn. I can't believe I missed out on this village for so long! My family is from Porto Novo, and it never occurred to me to visit this place. It is a hidden gem for anyone who enjoys quiet spaces by the sea. The cottage itself is magical. I love the stone wall structure, the openness of the area, and the view and sound of the ocean right in front of me. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it perfect for anyone or a family to prepare homemade meals. The bed has an iron-sprung mattress, and I can’t remember the last time I slept on one. The waves pick up at night, lulling you to sleep and making you forget about everything else. There is no ATM here. Bring enough cash and a card. Also, consider buying extra bread in Porto Novo before arriving here. Bread sells quickly in Tarrafal. It was so nice to find some in the freezer. This side of the island has the best rum “grogue” in Santo Antao. Buy some! If you visit Tarrafal during the sea turtle nesting season, volunteer with TerriMar. Obrigado!

Best place to take some time off. The house is an oasis right at the waterfront and the beach is nearby. Very comfortable rooms, beautiful terrace and great hosts. Thanks to Karls and Jörgs recommendations we enjoyed Tarrafal and its restaurants and beautiful spots.

An oasis from some minutes to city center. Very comfortable house with a lot of beauty and of amendities. Lovely view over the city. Can recommend ❤️
