Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

A real insider tip! The property is located in the middle of a charming small town, just a few minutes' walk from a beautiful lake – perfect for walks or just to unwind. The hostess is not only super sweet, but also an exciting personality with whom you immediately feel comfortable. The home itself is anything but mainstream: individually furnished with a lot of love for detail, incredibly cozy and ideal for relaxing. Despite the quiet location, you are super connected – from Erkner train station (6 minutes by car), the regional train takes 15 minutes to Ostkreuz in Berlin. So you can quickly get to Friedrichshain and the middle of Berlin life. If you're looking for something special, this is the place to be. I'd love to come back!

The entire stay was great. From start to finish, communication with the host was very straightforward. The journey was very pleasant. The accommodation is located directly on the lake, where there is also a small jetty. The apartment is well equipped and we had a very nice pleasant weekend. Arne was a fantastic host, very understanding; there was mishap with the keys, my fault, which caused a little chaos and he was very relaxed about it, which was a relief. Besides that, the flat is really nice, very well thought through, it felt like a very personnal space yet cosy for a visiting guest. The cats are gorgeous and very sweet..!
