Villa vacation rentals in Pattaya City

Arrived on a very early flight and James was able to enable me early access to the Villa which was much appreciated. As my previous visits everything was spotless and as described, James is a great responsive host who is available if needed but leaves you to enjoy your stay if his help is not needed.

Im Ganzen war es eine sehr schöne Villa, das einzige, was uns allen gestört hat. Wir waren neun Personen waren die Betten, sehr, sehr hart! Sonst hat alles gestimmt, was auch auf dem Fotos war, was etwas schwierig für Europäer ist, das alles auf Chinesisch eingestellt ist.

A very classy, clean, and comfortable with fully functional and furnished place, particularly a daily house keeper. Perry is very responsive, helpful, and friendly host. Would highly recommended here, especially with a massive group of friends. Probably come back in the future!

Ein sehr unkomplizierter und flexibler Check in. Sehr freundliche Menschen, stets erreichbar und hilfreiche Empfehlungen. Die Pool Villa ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein tolles Refugium für Pärchen. Restaurants und Einkäufe fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt eine sehr gepflegte und ruhige Anlage. Strand ca. 5 Min zu Fuß! Ein tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen wieder! Danke für die Gastfreundschaft. Klare Empfehlung!!!

location is amazing the only downfall is you cannot check in until 3:00 p.m. and must check out by 12:00 apart from that this home was beautiful the hosts were amazing

非常美丽的别墅，很适合多人出行，位置在住宿区，离市中心21航站楼那里有点远。但步行距离内有711，我们每天都打车出行很方便，grab外卖也可以准确找到地方。房东好沟通，泳池干净

one of the best air B&B places i / we had stayed in, the host was super responsive, always available when needed some small help, overall, i think the place was fantastic, everything was provided. the location was central to everything. It made our holiday even better. Thank you kindly to Emma, you will have a fantastic time staying here. Will definitely be booking again next time we are holidaying there. Felt like a 5 star stay. There were 8 + 1 room. In 8 rooms two were huge and looked/delt better than a 5 star hotel. The other 6 were smaller and not every room has a private bathroom. But we were aware of this while booking too. Pools were smaller but very clean. Location is in the Center of Pattaya and closer to all the tourist attractions. Overall an amazing stay. Will definitely comeback.

Amazing place, close to everything and is well maintained and very clean. Great team and staff. Easy to communicate with and provide information clearly.

Beautiful Villa and wonderful host. All rooms were very clean they had plenty of tea coffee water bottles cut fruits available throughout the stay. The host cooked us some eggs in morning and was very flexible with the cleaning schedule. The pool is crystal clear and surrounding areas had pleanty of seating. They definitely need some upgrades in the kitchen like new pans other than that everything is just perfect. Looking forward to staying here again.
