Vacation rentals with beach access in Pattaya City

I enjoyed my time at this place, everything you need is there and the view is amazing, and Billy was very helpful and provided me with what I needed and more, thanks Billy for everything and I will come back to stay at your place again.

We had a rocky start mostly due to jet-lag and my own inability to follow simple directions but once we got settled in this was everything Panatda said it was and more. Panatda was very responsive and and answered questions quickly and completely. Great location and great host

5 Stars We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The view was absolutely stunning and the location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed. The space was clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were very responsive and kind, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Would definitely love to stay here again!

The building is the best place to stay in Pattaya. I am telling you, it will never be a wrong of decision of choosing this apartment. This is from a person who mostly stays in 5 star hotel in every country i am visiting. Too much affordable but never been compromised. Will stay and will always be staying this place everytime i visit this country.

Top floor unit with beautiful views

Great place within walking distance of restaurants and only a five minute walk to the beach where there are plenty of activities including parasailing, diving, jet skiing, and lounging under a beach umbrella while getting full service with beer and food. Pool and jacuzzi at the top floor with a beautiful view.

The apartment is in a prime position, close to the beach, restaurants and the night life. We had no problems checking in and everything went smoothly. A great view from the apartment which was spacious for a single room. Everything you need is provided for a comfortable stay.

Poor soundproofing, everything else is perfect The assistant is also very cute and kind, the instructions and introductions are very complete, and the housekeeper and host respond very quickly. Everyone was very satisfied with this accommodation, Clean, everything is at a glance, a lot of small details are thoughtful Everyone says they'll come back next time.

The host responded quickly, so we didn't have much trouble communicating! Apart from the lack of shampoo and body wash, it was good! I had a good time!

House location is perfect for family. Save with good security guard, private, quite yet near to amenities and the beach. The pool is clean and very chill to hang outside beside the pool. I would definitely stay again.

Great location with very short walk to a peaceful beach. The place was clean with no faul smell. Definitely worth the price. Helpful host.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Room is beautiful and rustic, view is amazing, lift just work fine I don't understand the review abt the lift being busy all time, Mr Ivan is perfect Host. about the room, is equipped with 99% of amenities. just feels like home 🏠

I loved this place, all very good, beach front property, and many other nice places, you can do a lot things, and very friendly and helpful hosts, they gave us excellent a advices of the places that you can visit, I won’t hesitate to hesitate to return there.
