stay was good. care taker was okay. get two wheeler because you won't find groceries near by 3 kms

The stay at Julie’s Sun-Kissed Villa was nothing short of amazing. From the beginning of our inquiry till the check out, the coordination from Julie and the property caretaker Narayan, was clear and proactive. The property was as described, with the interiors clean and tidy. We had a great time during our stay there, as the villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The only niggle we faced was with hot water in the bathroom, but that was probably because the weather was rainy and the bathrooms are equipped by solar heaters. Overall, this is a great place to spend time with your friends or even a family. I would recommend this for visitors.

This is a fantastic place to stay in if you want an authentic Goan vibe. Take this from a fellow Goenkar from Australia who had been to Goa 7 times. The house in Navelim away from the busy streets but a short 10 minute walk to the main municpality area where the shop/ groceries / sweets are. Ideal for Goa Supershow ICN bodybuilding stay (which was the reason for my visit). Has microwave, induction cooker, gas stove, fridge and more to get you through. Desiree (Host) and Mrs Rebello (house local contact) were very attentive to my messages and my requests which was greatly appreciated. Lots of bottled water and extra treats were a nice touch. Please ensure you are specific with guest numbers as no bedding provided for additional room if only 1-2 guests (We were two). Highly recommended for a true Goan / Portugese feel in a modern built house with AC.

Full marks to the hosts, Maria( Fatima), Pedro and contestino. attended us personally, cooked delicious desserts and other food. showed us the beautiful heritage house, which is live and well maintained. very friendly.

We had a very comfortable stay! Mr. Dilip made sure our check in and check out went smooth. The place had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We would certainly choose this place again. You can swim at the pool or if you just wanna enjoy with some movies, the 4k TV and fast wifi makes sure you have a fun movie marathon experience. If you have proper swimming attire, you can enjoy swimming at the pool. Swiggy/zomato/instamart connectivity is great! Would highly recommend!

This place is disguting. Over priced and definitely not worth it. You can literally hear people hooking up from the other room as the division in only a fly wood. The place itself is very dusty and smelly, outside of it is literally a slum, and you can't have proper rest due to multiple constructions going on. I saw rat poops in the cabinets, broken lamps, molded and old overused utensils and fornitures. They even use two single beds to make a king size bed.

Our stay at Shabbir's place was truly delightful! The apartment was immaculately clean, well-equipped with essentials, and boasted a stunning balcony overlooking the lush jungle and mountains. Despite being centrally located in Canacona, the area remains remarkably quiet and peaceful. Bharat Heights has become our go-to destination in Goa. Shabbir is an exceptional host, and we highly recommend this place for a memorable stay.

The villa is plush and clean. The interiors are artistically done and very well planned. The indoor private pool was very well maintained was the star of the property. Then pool is just right in size. It was enjoyed by the kids very well. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Zelica helped us settle in. The breakfast was simple and nice. The kids really liked the surprise chirstmas gift. The stay was extremely enjoyable and joyous. Well be definitely in one of our favorites.

One thing that makes a place great and different from others is the host. I believe that if the host treats you like family, then the place feels like home. I can say the same about this place, Felt just like home. Exactly the same as shown in photos, neat and clean. Could get food and other items all within walking distance radius of 0.5km Only negative is the location - the road has no name and getting taxis was a bit problematic.

Arun was a great host. From check in to check out, there were no problems. He was friendly and helpful as he lives right below the airbnb setup. You can also rent his vehicle if it's available. The only sticky point is if you're a bunch of friends taking separate rooms - only one will get an AC as only 1 room out of the 3 has the appliance. Location is great if you're basing out of South Goa with Martin's Corner 200 metres away amongst other eateries. Spacious and clean with all other amenities available.

Very friendly staff, had an amazing experience! The kitchen was so well organized! Bedroom and bathrooms were spotless and very well maintained! Loved every minute I spent in the locality and this property! Strongly recommend this to anybody who wishes to live in a more homely, comfortable and cozy environment!

Undoubtedly one of the best Airbnb in South Goa for a peaceful stay. The location, amenities etc matched perfectly as shown in pictures. Grocery stores and likewise are just a stone throw away. Located inside a gated Bungalow with lush greenery, coconut coves, fruit orchard all around, this stay is ideally suited for those who wish to spend a quiet getaway, away from hustle bustle of a city life. Owner, Mr Billy is gem of a person who is prompt, responsive and pleasantly helpful. A big shout out to Antoinette Aunty (Billy 's Mom) for such unbelievable hospitality !! She was kind enough to provide us a stumpous, absolutely delicious fish curry meal during a Red alert (Rainy weather) scenario. This was over and above the fresh fruits and pampering attention we got from her throughout our stay. "Antoinette Aunty, you are the best, hands down" The Dogs Camper, Molly and Dabur are adorable. If you are lucky enough to find a slot, i recommend to book promptly without a second thought.

Naythen's place is a perfect base in Benaulim. It's a short walk to shops and restaurants and about 15 minutes to the beach (or just grab a cheap rickshaw). The apartment is as described - Mediterranean minimalist style with a big bathroom, two balconies, good air con and really comfortable bed. An added bonus is use of a washing machine. Breakfast is delicious and Naythen has been really helpful from word go. He also gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Recommended.

Our stay was lovely and extremely comfortable. The house is very beautiful and it was a very different experience. Pedro was very very helpful through our stay! The staff are also very courteous! Overall, thanks for a wonderful and memorable time!

We had a great stay at the Figueiredo house. The house is beautiful, charming and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is furbished with modern amenities. Pedro is a wonderful host and helped us with local recommendations. We enjoyed the museum tour at the house, it showcases some exquisite pieces that have been in the family for generations. The house is in a quiet part of Goa, which we really enjoyed.

Had a wonderful stay here. I wish we stayed longer; the place was beautiful and so very well kept - from the rooms, to pool to the open areas. So much respect for the family for restoring this space & maintaining the family legacy. A must visit if you wish to chill & relax at the property. Thanks Pedro for being such a welcoming host!

In March 2018 my partner and me stayed at the Figueiredo House with our three small children for 4 nights. Communicating with Fatima was great. Even before our arrival she was very helpful, answered all my questions and offered help with transportation etc. The accommodation is just impressive: A beautiful, well-maintained family house with a great history, that lets you feel like traveling back in time. The dinners we had were really superb and we would definitely love to stay with Fatimas family again. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

I wanted to get away from humanity to just enjoy nature and peace - and this place offered me both in abundance. The property is huuuge, full of little tranquil escapes within the area - in the midst of which are the cottages, which are perfect for a solo stay/group stay. The staff were super sweet, helpful & respectful. They grow so much of their own produce, serve that for meals which tastes wholesome. If you’re looking to get away from the city hustle bustle and tuck yourself in nature - this is the place. Would i go back? 100%.

Peter’s place is a few meters away from the main road. Check-in was smooth & fast. There’s a restaurant in the resort (Nada Brahma) which made it convenient not to leave the area. There’s also room service, so you don’t have to leave your room! Food was great and they serve a wide range of western food, this was a nice break for us since we had been traveling in India for 3 weeks at this point. The beach was a few steps away—-warm ocean water. They have activities for guests like Monday movie night and it was awesome. Also a quiz night. Plenty of hot water for your showers, laundry service onsite and reasonably priced. We probably should have asked for a mosquito net because we got bitten by tons of mosquitoes.

We had the most comfortable stay at Naythen’s. The place was clean and well kept. It was serene and so peaceful. The view from the house is beautiful. Naythen is a great host, very easy and extremely sweet to talk to and also extremely helpful. Thank you Naythen, can’t wait to visit again!
