Such a lovely home, great choice for friends and family staying.

Wir waren für drei Nächste in Bangkok und in der Unterkunft. Das Grundstück ist super schön und eine echte Oase in der Stadt. Man vernimmt trotzdem ab und zu Geräusche von der Stadt, aber das ist bei einer Stadt wie Bangkok vollkommen normal. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist alleine schwerer zu finden, aber die Gastgeberin hat uns perfekt getimed eine Person geschickt, die uns an der Hauptstraße abgeholt und den Weg gezeigt hat. Wenn man den Weg einmal gesehen hat findet man einfach zur Unterkunft zurück. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und bietet sogar zwei Badezimmer für zwei Personen. Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage funktionieren einwandfrei, sodass auch schlafen bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur kein Problem war. Sehr gerne wieder und ein echter Geheimtipp 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Charin’s home. The house is clean, spacious, and full of charm, exactly as described. It’s well equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen, air conditioning, washing machine, and even thoughtful extras like bottled water. The location is peaceful yet very convenient, just a short walk to IconSiam, the BTS station, 7-Eleven, and plenty of local food spots and street vendors. It really gives you a taste of authentic Bangkok while still being close to everything. Charin was an excellent host, responsive, and helpful from the moment we booked. His instructions were clear, and he always responded quickly to any questions we had. We felt right at home and very well taken care of during our stay. This place is a true hidden gem, and we’d happily return again. Highly recommended!

A fantastic stopover in a nice traditional back street in the old town. The accommodation was exactly as described: a perfect hideaway from the chaotic bustling city. Alice looked after my booking and all subsequent communication and she was superb. Always replying in minutes, and forthcoming with some superb local food outlets. Everyone made me feel incredibly welcome and I hope to return someday!

My stay at this place was incredibly comfortable. 🏡 The space is quite spacious and fully equipped with everything I needed. The people around, including the neighbors, were very friendly and welcoming. 😊 The host was also very responsive, whenever I reached out in the morning, they answered my questions promptly. 🌞 I had no issues during my stay and felt completely at ease. We had amazing Thai breakfasts that set us up for our explorations and were flexible with one very early start. While staying on a canal was a little noisy (quiet at night) it was a really interesting neighbourhood and our host arranged a long boat canal tour. It was great to have a garden to sit in and plan our days. We would enthusiastically return to this accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Bangkok! The location is perfect, as it everything is close by, yet the surrounding area is peaceful and local. The apartment was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. We felt very safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. A big thank you to the lovely hosts, especially Co-Host Alice, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Her tips made our experience even better. She also took us on a walking tour around the very close by temple and taught us about her culture and meaning of certain things at the temple. It was also very interactive. Thank you so much again, it was perfect! We truly appreciated the chance to discover such a beautiful and authentic side of Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again!

Aim is a very kind host. We arrived at almost midnight and we didn’t encounter any problems as he had a very clear instructions. If we have questions, he responds immediately as he can. My friend thought she lost her phone and he was eager to help us. Location is good. Near to bts station and if you love shopping, his place is a great choice. Can walk to centralworld and Big C especially during rush hours. Highly recommended. I will tell this place to my friends and in the future, if i return to Bangkok, will definitely book in his unit again. Thank you again for the warm welcome. We have enjoyed our stay.

Junn's place is awesome! Very spacious and private. Most importantly, it's newly renovated. Everything is new, modern, cozy and beautiful. The kitchen is excellent with full equipment. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. This place is also very convenient because everything is well prepared. Snacks, coffee, tea and water are provided. There are also cute souvenirs. The location is also great. There are many cafes and restaurants as well as shopping malls that are landmarks of Bangkok. Junn is very helpful and explains everything in detail. Another thing I like about this place is that there is a security guard on duty 24 hours, which makes me feel safe all the time. The price here is very reasonable for a very large apartment with an entire floor of privacy in the heart of the city. Next time I'm in Bangkok, I will definitely stay here again without hesitation. Great location with nice river views,

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well located. Just a few minutes walk to metro and many shops/restaurants. It also has an extra toilet off the kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed and air con and washer worked well. Boom and other ladies at the reception desk were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is a little worn inside but it was still very clean. We also found the bed quite hard but bought a topper since we were there for a few weeks. Overall, the apartment is a good value and I’d recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Sirichol's apartment. Everything was just as described. The location is really good, with metro station being just around the corner, and BTS a 15-minute walk away. The view from the 17th floor is spectacular, we will miss it!

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. The apartment that we stayed in was the same as per description. Very clean and well-maintained. The hosts, Mac and Zsuda, are very friendly with answering to questions that we had during the stay and gave us prompt and clear answers. Would definitely choose here again when there's opportunity to travel to Bangkok again and would highly recommend this place as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Bang rak is a great spot to stay with many good restaurants and a more local feel. Close to Yaowarat and a BTS. The place was very clean and quiet. The design was very clean and nice. We loved every minute of it. We would stay here again.

Alisa was amazing from the start and took care of all my needs, including the organisation of my transportation to the property, which made it much easier to check into the building! My stay was comfortable and Alisa made some amazing restaurant and activity recommendations for me since i dont know Bangkok very well. Highly recommend, fantastic host and condo has a view to die for during the day and night times! Amazing! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

A great apartment, exactly as described and located in the (new) center of the city. Two big parks around the corner. The blue-line (MRT) connects you with every other major line and is just a short walk away (you can use your credit card visa/master at the gates and don't need to buy extra tickets, which is super convenient). Transit wise a great location, a lot of hotspots can be reached pretty fast (restaurants, bars, clubs, parks, local markets, shopping malls aso.). Ami and her team were super supportive and informative. They made sure that everything went smoothly and safely during check-in, check-out and in between. If you have any questions just ask .. honestly .. very attentive within a short period of time. Your questions will be either answered directly or a solution will be figured out. I had trouble turning on the AC since I was pointing the remote into the wrong direction - just one "Hello, I have question..." and it was figured out. Thx, would gladly stay again 😊.

It was not my first time staying at Sirithorn & Felix's place and I once again appreciated the location Last year I stayed at another location, also in downtown Bangkok, but it looked empty and dark compared to Silom area Also having a 7-Eleven right across the building could not be underestimated, especially when you have to buy 5 liter water bottles every other day Walking to Sala Daeng BTS station or Sukhumvit MRT station is pretty quick Inside the room itself, the bed is nice, sheets and the blanket were clean, smooth and comfortable In the bathroom there is a large mirror which is always good Although there is no large countertop around the sink, there is a ledge under the mirror which is long and wide enough even for my stuff

Pemika! What a host…I arrived to the flat quite late in the day, air-con on was on to make it pleasant for me on my arrival. The flat was super tidy and gave me that cosy feeling right away. Pemika was very precise in giving me instructions on where to find the place, keys and whatever I needed. She was also very responsive and kind to me. I would highly recommend this place. Enjoy BKK

Our stay at Joop’s apartment was wonderful! The place was modern, clean and incredibly peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring Bangkok. The apartment was thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Nana BTS station, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. Everything you might need is within walking distance, which makes getting around super easy. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was stocked with everything I could need. I truly enjoyed my time here! Joop was an exceptional host—friendly and attentive. I really appreciated her follow-ups and care throughout the stay. I’d 100% recommend this apartment and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful wonderful 6 days stay at Sweeann apparment. Location is near BTS just 10 - 15 min walk (depending on your phase of walk) my parent age 65 & 63 they mange to walk and feel safe. Sweeann has been very helpful and informative apart from sharing where we can go with food, message and shoppimg and even share videos on how to walk from BTS station to apparment as well as how to operate his house washing machine. everything is been share even before we ask. The house feels like home cozy comfortable, clean and safe. everything is provide from toiletries (bring your own toothpaste & toothbrush) to kitchen equipment and welcome snack. This trip is a 6 adult and 1 baby trip (include 2 elderly) the apparment is a good stay for family with children especially. Thank you Sweeann for making our family trip a great 1 👍

The room was excellent! Views were really hard to beat, room is remodeled really well. One thing I would like to note was the location of the room is not in the best part of town and stepping outside really wasnt the best experience in my personal experience, street vendors smells and traffic were a bit much. There are also plenty of signs in the lobby mentioning that airbnbs are not legal in that building to try and avoid any subleasing. If that is something that would bother you then try another place. We pushed through and had a really great time.
