Nestled on Shelley Point's beach is this beautiful self-catering home. This spacious house is on the beach and can accommodate 8 people. For the kids there is a fourth bedroom with a bunker bed. The bedrooms are downstairs. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are on the same level. There is a build in braai on the balcony. Outside is a beautiful swimming pool, another build in braai and deck with sun beds. A full solar panel system is installed. Shelley Point has a 9 hole golf course.

Beautifully appointed beach house with three en-suite bedrooms, open-plan living/kitchen/dining with a dishwasher, sheltered patio with splash pool and braai. There is a solar power back-up during load shedding. NB! There is currently building construction at the adjacent property. Please note: The owner sometimes occupies the flatlet on the side of the house. *THIS HOUSE IS NOT PET FRIENDLY.*
