I stayed at Suryandari's place with my family (9 of us including 3 children). The house is suitable for us with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms which accommodate our needs. Dian the housekeeper welcomed us with black coffee and hot tea, a very nice touch. The house is located not far from the city center (especially because we have our car with us), and we love the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. If you need something from a convenience store, you can just walk or use gojek order, which is very convenient. If you travel with a big group of family members, this is the right place to stay.

Great place. The room is very comfortable with beautiful view facing Simpang Lima. Great and strategic location as well, it is very easy to reach various destinations in Semarang. The rooftop pool and gym are additional perks to enjoy during the stay as well. The host is very responsive and helpful. Definitely will try to book this unit again next time I visit Semarang! kamar ada 4 dan semuanya ada AC nya, rumah bersih. kebetulan pas berangkat baju anak kena telur mentah dan bau.. Alhamdulillah ada mesin cuci dan deterjen disana, lengkap dengan jemuran nya.. jadi malah sempetin nyuci dulu daripada bawa pulang baju amis kena telor :") water heater kurang berasa air angetnya, tapi Alhamdulillah air dingin nya pun nggak terlalu dingin jd aman aja untuk anak2 pun. anak2 hepi karena ada kolam ikan. sempat tanya ke host apakah ada setrika, dan ternyata ada tempat nyetrika (plus musola) yang proper banget. overall happy stay :)

An apartment located close to the city centre of Semarang, which was what we needed! Host was helpful in guiding us for check-in and check out. The apartment linen, kitchen and bathroom was also clean and worth the value of the price. Only issue I had was probably the building itself since it is quite old and not the most pristine location/surroundings and maintenance. But if you're just looking for a place to sleep for the night for a bargain, this is your place!

Cynthia is very responsive, very helpful with my questions about the area. Her place is so comfortable and accessible to many popular places in Semarang. My family and I enjoyed our stay there.

Our stay at the apartment was enjoyable overall. The apartment was comfortable, strategically located, and offered a great view. The swimming pool was a highlight, making it ideal for a family vacation with kids. The security felt safe, and free parking was a plus. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. Cleanliness needed a bit more attention, and the bathroom drain was clogged, causing water to pool after showers. It took about 10-15 minutes for the water to drain completely. Additionally, there was no drinking water provided, and the location was quite far from any convenience store, which made it a bit inconvenient. The TV and AC remotes also didn’t function smoothly. Despite these minor issues, our stay was very pleasant and definitely worth the price.

A unique wooden frame creates an organic view into a cozy living space. The room features a sofa and a television mounted on a wooden panel, while a decorative wall made of circular wood slices adds texture and warmth.
