I stayed at Suryandari's place with my family (9 of us including 3 children). The house is suitable for us with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms which accommodate our needs. Dian the housekeeper welcomed us with black coffee and hot tea, a very nice touch. The house is located not far from the city center (especially because we have our car with us), and we love the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. If you need something from a convenience store, you can just walk or use gojek order, which is very convenient. If you travel with a big group of family members, this is the right place to stay.

Great place. The room is very comfortable with beautiful view facing Simpang Lima. Great and strategic location as well, it is very easy to reach various destinations in Semarang. The rooftop pool and gym are additional perks to enjoy during the stay as well. The host is very responsive and helpful. Definitely will try to book this unit again next time I visit Semarang! there are 4 rooms and all of them have air conditioning, the house is clean. it just so happened that when we left, the kids' clothes got raw egg and smelled.. Thank God there was a washing machine and detergent there, complete with a clothesline.. so we had to wash it first instead of bringing home the clothes that smelled of egg :") the water heater doesn't really feel like warm water, but thank God the cold water isn't too cold so it's safe for the kids too. the kids are happy because there's a fish pond. asked the host if there was an iron, and it turned out that there was a really proper ironing place (plus a prayer room). overall happy stay :)

An apartment located close to the city centre of Semarang, which was what we needed! Host was helpful in guiding us for check-in and check out. The apartment linen, kitchen and bathroom was also clean and worth the value of the price. Only issue I had was probably the building itself since it is quite old and not the most pristine location/surroundings and maintenance. But if you're just looking for a place to sleep for the night for a bargain, this is your place!

Cynthia is very responsive, very helpful with my questions about the area. Her place is so comfortable and accessible to many popular places in Semarang. My family and I enjoyed our stay there.

Our stay at the apartment was enjoyable overall. The apartment was comfortable, strategically located, and offered a great view. The swimming pool was a highlight, making it ideal for a family vacation with kids. The security felt safe, and free parking was a plus. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. Cleanliness needed a bit more attention, and the bathroom drain was clogged, causing water to pool after showers. It took about 10-15 minutes for the water to drain completely. Additionally, there was no drinking water provided, and the location was quite far from any convenience store, which made it a bit inconvenient. The TV and AC remotes also didn’t function smoothly. Despite these minor issues, our stay was very pleasant and definitely worth the price.

very strategic location. dkt pst by bandeng, lwg sewu, dp mall, intersection 5 , etc.homey and ckp is spacious for 3 people. the facilities are fairly complete. although there is no stove for cooking but there is a water kettle pns also a refrigerator. and there is water for bathing. tv is not used tp g mslh because byk outside or klo in the apt we usually talk. clean. no smell of cigarettes.. this is important for me.worth the money. reccomended. cm kkr with the window on the outside/corner hallway apt likes to be shared by the manager shg dm with msm ujan spt kmrn smbr in the wind that drives the doors of the apt shg jd a noiseless a rich aja there are people in the door of trs.
