Bienvenue dans la longère du Domaine de la Vaure, une maison de caractère au cœur de la campagne charentaise. Pierres anciennes et poutres apparentes créent une atmosphère chaleureuse et authentique. Certaines poutres sont basses, reflet du charme de l’architecture traditionnelle — merci d’y prêter attention. La cuisine est fonctionnelle mais de petite taille. Pour plus de confort, il est conseillé de réserver également le studio du domaine, qui offre un espace supplémentaire appréciable.

Located in a small quiet village in the south of Charente, you have a large modern and well-equipped accommodation (Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing machine...) 3 bedrooms, one with a 160 bed with private bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs a mezzanine with 2 bedrooms (one with a 140 x 190 bed and the other a 120 x 190 bed) and a bathroom + a desk area You have a small enclosed courtyard with terrace in front of the accommodation. It has an Orange Livebox connected to fiber optics.

You can relax in the quiet countryside of the South Charente in our large, charming gîte. We'll give you a family-friendly welcome and guide you on things to do in the area. Large shaded park, pool table, and a library, as well as a pétanque court. We accept a maximum of 18 people. No pets.

Le Petit Tournesol - gîte for two in Challignac

The little Gîte is a beautiful open plan space for two people. A double bedroom sits on the mezzanine level. The gîte sits adjacent to our home ‘Le Petit Tournesol’ and is surrounded by gardens and countryside. In the day please enjoy the pool area (May-September) and the gardens to relax and unwind. Reservations for age 18+ only. We are unable to host children and infants.

The Prairial

In the countryside, this home is ideal for one/two or three adults and a toddler. Accessible on one level and with a surface area of 50 m2, this house is completed by a terrace of 35 m2. You will have a nice view of the meadow, the orchard, and the vegetable garden. Your days will be enhanced by birdsong, squirrel acrobatics, butterfly flight and owl hooting.
