Our house is a spacious country house from 1912 in the middle of a 5000 m² natural plot. It can accommodate 7-8 people, has been extensively renovated and furnished with antique farmhouse furniture and some design classics. Located on the edge of a village in the Western Pomeranian meadow not far from Szczecin and 1.5 hours from Berlin, you leave the crowded Uckermark behind you. Find relaxation or a quiet workplace in the hilly terminal moraine landscape with many small swimming lakes.

With many fellow artists and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 90s was rebuilt and renovated, and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created – and is still being created – which can accommodate 10 people in the guest area and 8 people in the mainly privately used studio area.

In the former bakery of the 170-person village of Nieden, we have created a newly renovated apartment. It has a separate entrance from the street side. We live with our 3 children in the same building, right next door. The place is very quiet and of course in the middle of nature. You can stroll through meadows and fields and have the Uecker right outside the door. Furthermore, the Berlin-Usedom bicycle route runs directly through our village.
