Vacation rentals with lake access in Pasco County

Clean house with plenty of room to accommodate a family of 7. Had Everything you would need for a house on the canal, kayaks , fishing rods, crab traps, little pool for the kids, beach toys and more. Large size garage to fit a large SUV. An elevator from the garage to the upper floor is a big convenience. The the kitchen had everything you would need to kook breakfast, lunch or dinner. TVs ,DVDs , Wifi everything worked perfect. Owners very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this place .

This place was amazing. Dave and Rita, thank you for the wounderful touch of receiving us with fresh flowers and snacks. The home is furnished to comfort, beds are very comfortable, and the amenities the home has a wou.derful. This home is a great space to gather with family and friends. Hot tub was amazing for us to relax after a long day at the beach. Having access to grill and the seating area was great. We also had the opportunity to enjoy a visit from the dolphins. Definitely, would recommend this property and will be back for future visits.

what a fantastic property in a quiet neighbourhood - it was spacious, super clean and had a fantastic outside space. the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch & dinner. lots of floats etc for the pool. we were lucky to see dolphins on 3 occasions and a manatee once, all from the floating dock. we didn't explore the area too much as it was the end of a 4 week trip so we spent all day in the pool. good communication from Ernest and we would absolutely stay again.

Check-in was smooth, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The outside area was very comfortable, and the pool was a little chilly this time of year, but we still used it and had a great time! Our only issue was the bed. It was listed as a queen but was actually a full/double. Being 6’4” and 280 lbs, staying with my other half, this made it really difficult for us to sleep comfortably. We ended up purchasing an air mattress to use instead. We didn’t bring this up to the host since we were here for a family emergency and didn’t have the time or energy to address it. However, I’m confident the host would have been very helpful if we had reached out. This is a fantastic place with great hosts, and we would recommend it to others—just double-check the bed size if that’s important to you!

This place was perfect for my family. We came to New Port Richey to visit some family and love being by the water. The home was well equipped and we love that some essentials like spices were at the home. We left a few more for the next guests. Next trip we will rent a pontoon for the trip to take advantage of the access to the gulf and visit some island beaches.

We had an amazing stay! The Airbnb was spotless, with modern updates and new fixings throughout. The neighborhood was easy to find and the neighbors were kind, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, everything met our expectations and we will definitely rent from this host again in the future!

We had a great stay and easy check-in despite arriving very late in the evening.

beautiful place in a closed off area. perfect if you have little kids! yards closed off so the kids can play or eat their breakfast outside! 😁 close to the beach ⛱️ or any stores you might need or want to go.

Had a wonderful time will go back again. Lutes Florida is a great place to visit.

Kristen's place was exactly as pictured. She was responsive in messages and made sure we had everything we needed. Her place was quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is a bit older with some wear and tear, but Kristen's place is modern and feels like home inside. Very convenient to grocery stores and major roads.

Rich's property is awesome and yes we did see the gator only once it did honor us with its presence, many restaurants and endless business to shop from went to the state fair and many other activties to do not to mention the beautiful weather, would greatly appreciate to stay at the this beautiful property when in this area.
