Enjoy this place with family—it promises some wonderful times ahead. House on a large plot of land, 7 minutes by car from the center of Parthenay, 20 minutes by bike via a cycle path. Spacious house. 3 bedrooms with a double bed each and one bedroom with two single beds. Bed linen is provided, but not bath towels. As the master bathroom is under construction, you have to go through a bedroom to access the second bathroom. Pets are allowed, but please let us know

In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).
