This farmhouse is located at the gates of Anjou. Winegrowers and village five minutes away. You can enjoy the Puy-du-Fou 55 minutes away, the Futuroscope is 1h20 away, the first castles of the Loire are 30 minutes away, the Doué-en-Anjou biopark is 20 minutes away, karting seven minutes away, Parc de la Vallée 10 minutes away, canoeing, cycling, hiking... You can go and collect eggs from the henhouse and feed the chickens. Our horses are close to the house. Pets allowed if well behaved!

Outbuilding: 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower (handicap standards) 2400 m2 plot (possibility of 8 beds in double beds), plus 1 90 cm bed and 1 umbrella bed. The garden is shared with us My place is close to Puy du Fou, Futuroscope, Center Parc... You'll love my place because of the outdoors, the ambiance, and the location. Enjoy with family this fabulous place to stay that offers good times in perspective. House on large plot 7 min drive from the center of Parthenay, 20 min bike ride via cycle path. Spacious house. 3 bedrooms with a double bed each and one bedroom with two single beds. Bed linen provided but not towels. The main bathroom is currently under construction, you have to go through a bedroom to have access to the second bathroom.

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).
