Gîte with swimming pool in the green heart of France

Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into an independent studio with all the amenities (including solar panels) for a carefree vacation; open space with kitchen, sitting area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the covered private terrace with fencing, so that dogs can safely be off their leash. In a separate part of the garden is the swimming pool, which our guests can use. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome.

A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

Renovated in industrial style to retain its origin, it offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a living room and a cozy bedroom upstairs. It is adjoining the house we live in. Enjoy private access with closed parking (for a standard sedan), comfort and charm in a highly sought-after area. The studio is adjacent to our home. The independent entrance opens onto a separate plot of land from ours. Mountain biking and hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Maupuy site. The high school is also a one-minute walk away.

Wonderful place to recover for a week from everyday hustle and bustle, a weekend of cocooning or a comfortable stay while looking for your own home in France.
