Villa vacation rentals in Parrot Cay

The Capri Villa was a beautiful place to stay in Turks (Provo). This was our third time to Turks in recent years and we were definitely impressed by the villa and by the SulMare team. Overall, communications were excellent and the team proved flexible and personable in their approach. They were helpful in ways that were not required but were deeply appreciated given a variety of entirely unrelated challenges we experienced with our trip. Capri itself is the middle of three SulMare villas on Sapodilla Bay beach. The beach is beautiful and the villas are in the far corner, with some privacy from others staying on other properties and the jet skis and vendors at the far end of the beach. The villa itself is exactly as pictured -- beautiful views, particularly from the upstairs bedroom and balcony (even the shower!) but also from the living room / kitchen downstairs and patio / pool. The beach is steps away, calm, and lovely. We'll definitely have fond memories of our visit to Capri!

Had the best stay in Turks! The beach is absolutely breathtaking—freaking beautiful, but with a lot of stones, so definitely wear crocs for swimming (haha, but still so much fun). The place is even more stunning than the pictures—seriously, it’s worth it. The host was amazing, always checking in to make sure we were okay and going above and beyond to help us with everything, like contacting a driver since we don’t have a license. The place is super clean, fresh, and the view is just perfect. Can’t recommend this spot enough! You won’t regret it istg ☀️🐚❤️❤️❤️

The host was very friendly and attentive, always super quick to respond and was helpful! The home was great, the pool was very clean. They had a lot of cooking tools, even an air fryer, that was great and useful. Our stay was peaceful & beautiful!

Absolutely loved this beautiful Airbnb!!! The location was amazing as it’s the last home on a little hill and the views over look the gorgeous Turtle Cove area of Grace bay beach. The pool was beautiful and relaxing, we used it daily as well as the second sitting area in the back side of the house. Furnishings were nice throughout and kitchen was more than adequately stocked. Christina recommended local dining options and we enjoyed several on her list. She also recommended a kayak trip through the mangroves with Surfside Ocean Academy, incredible experience with our guide Morgan-highly recommend checking this out! Thank you Christina for being such a wonderful host and would not hesitate to book again if ever in Turks and Caicos!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb on Provo! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. Ken and Norman were incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. We felt right at home the entire trip. If we ever come back, we wouldn’t think twice about booking this place again.

Our stay at Pelican Villa was great right from the beginning. Shahida and Tatijana were so super responsive and helpful. They gave us great recommendations on rental cars, excursions and food options. We had a couple of hiccups and Shahida responded immediately and handled it for us quickly and checked up on us to make sure we were comfortable. She met us at the dock so we could follow her to the villa and get us settled in. The amenities worked out perfectly for my wife, I and our grown children and their significant others (six total). Everyone had ample space with plenty of privacy. North Island was so quiet and peaceful. We can’t wait to come back and visit again soon!

We loved Wesley & Tatum’s place! Everything was beautiful and the backyard is amazing and huge. We recommend getting a rental car or a reliable taxi service to get around such as traveling to Grace Bay. It’s a very secluded and private home. The views from the 2nd floor is amazing. Also, the hosts were very accommodating with us checking in early and checking out late!

Lovely place! Our first time in Providenciales and it was wonder. The location was quiet and peaceful. We had a little bit of a hard time finding the place as many of the streets aren’t marked but Lucy’s instructions were very helpful. We loved the garden! All the beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants were only a short car ride away! Highly recommend!

Outstanding property in Turks and Caicos located very close to the beach. The host, Mandy, was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed Will’s place. The house is nice, clean and located in a quiet neighborhood with a quick walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Just as the previous comments, you are paying for the view. We had issues with water but Regina and the maintenance team got it working by 11 pm on Easter. There are upgrades that need to be done to the house but we made it work. Regina made our stay wonderful and very responsive to our text messages. We plan on coming back to bring the extended family.

Great location and a water view from the upstairs terrace. The road separates the water from the villa and there are a few cars that pass by but it’s not annoying. Loved the quietness of the neighborhood. The villa itself is great and was equipped with everything needed. The grill worked fine and the pool is a nice touch to end the evening to cool off. The beach wagon was useful. Loved that it is just a few minutes walk to Sapodilla Beach and a short few minute drive to Taylor Bay Beach which was our fav beach in the island. Nice outside foot washing station to rinse the sand off before entering the unit. We enjoyed the outside shower as well. Everything was clean and as advertised. Should we come back to TCI, we would stay again.

This property was perfect for our first but not last to Turks where you are living in paradise! We especially enjoyed the pool and hanging chairs. Brady was extremely easy to work with. You will absolutely need a car or make friends with a taxi company which worked great for us and felt like we had a personal driver. We did pre-negotiate our fee with him because taxis are expensive. Kitchen is not really set-up for cooking too much but there is a lovely Weber grill. Highly recommend this beach house! Beds were super comfy.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is so cozy and comfortable. Very spacious, clean, and great lighting. The space allotted for the Airbnb on the beach (chairs and umbrella) was to die for!!! Breathtaking!!! I’ve never seen such a beautiful beach ever. The place is 100 feet from Cocovan and Cocobistro and a 10 minute walk into town. Brian was an amazing host. Extremely hospitable ,helpful, and nice. He made the stay pleasant. Highly recommend the Airbnb, very well located and has everything you could need (even a water cooler which was a total plus)!!!! I will return for next time.

My stay exceeded my expectations in every way. The house was immaculately clean. Have a great night it’s kind of The space was modern, spacious enough for a family of three, and conveniently located near all the popular attractions if you have a car. We initially considered staying at one of the luxury hotels after our time at Wymara, but ultimately chose this option instead. The experience was just as pleasant, and we enjoyed more space than a typical hotel guest room would provide. The hosts were wonderful and very experienced on the platform. They had all the amenities you would expect. I highly recommend visiting the beach near their house, which is just a five-minute walk away, as well as Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos, which is about ten minutes away by car and absolutely amazing. Additionally, I suggest renting a car, which they can help arrange for you. 🫶

Just as pictured, in a beautiful private setting on Chalk Sound. The villa is not a new property, however, it is well kept. Just not quite as fresh looking as the photos make it look. We did not have any problems. Judy is very responsive, kind and willing to help with anything you may need. We didn't happen to need much as we had been on the island last year so we kind of already knew the area and navigated everything ourselves. We very much enjoyed staying here for the week!

The villa was very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the yoga mat and weights for daily exercise routine. There are Smart TV’s in bedrooms to catch up on your Netflix programs and a regular TV with cable stations in the main room. The pool was wonderful, clean, refreshing. Lots of white, plush bath towels and beach towels in lovely bathroom areas in both bedrooms. We love the Leeward location because it is quiet and off the beaten path yet easy to access downtown and Grace Bay Beach. A rental car is necessary. Pelican Beach is a quick drive away or an easy walk. The beach is absolutely beautiful with awesome sunsets … My husband and I had a wonderful, restful vacation in this well appointed villa. Rochelle was easily reachable to answer questions and responded promptly.

From start to finish, Dina and Nester communicated thoroughly and if we had any questions, they responded within a couple minutes. We love the location as it was very close to the beach and good driving distance to all the sites, including beach walks in middle Caicos. There were a lot of local restaurants where we dined and went out for live music at Miss B’s on Thursday, met a lot of local people that we dined with again on Friday and Saturday night. We felt very welcomed in the community and everyone was so friendly and gave us hugs Goodbye on Saturday night. there Airbnb was equipped with everything that we would need including pots and pans, dishes, freezer packs in the freezer if we took lunch with us to the beach. It was a two bedroom two bath house so we had plenty of room for everything. There was a local market a few miles away so we could stop frequently for anything we needed.

The home was amazing, just as pictured. We weren't aware to get any cell service package so reaching out to the host when we arrived was a challenge, and without wifi good luck lol, but that was more the island than the host or home. A heads up would have been good though. Leola was a great host once we got to the home and was responsive throughout. She even helped us set up a rental car and advised local hot spots to check out. The home is in a very nice upscale area away from all of the island tourists and noise and is very safe. Its a 7-15 min drive from any shopping or eating so would recommend a rental car. Definitely plan on visiting the island again and will book this place again!

Beautiful house! Met the needs of our party of 4. Hosts were great communicators and provided useful recommendations. Transportation is expensive. Essentially a $100 roundtrip most places. A few excursion hosts provide roundtrip transportation. They are pretty accommodating. I recommend having the airbnb location pinpointed on google maps when traveling from airport to airbnb. They did not know where villa was located so the gps was necessary. Most likely will be first stop as grace bay is located further out. Nonetheless, had an amazing stay!

Paradise Perfection!! We had a fantastic stay at Tim and Stephanie’s home…”Beach Please Villa” The house has a perfect layout to accommodate our 6 adults. It was an easy walk to the beach and close to anything we needed. Tim and Stephanie answered our questions quickly which made everything so easy. We had a perfect stay in paradise. Highly recommend!!!

Ms Pam's home was amazing!!! She was very kind and SUPER responsive!!!! I would definitely stay there or another of her properties AGAIN. I do encourage you to rent a car or have a dedicated driver if you plan to take adventures or site see. This home is in a beautiful private neighborhood that ours amazing solitude and safety, but getting around can be difficult with out arranged transportation. Ms Pam providing many taxi and rental car resources for us and we would have been lost with our her! I can not say enough nice thinga about her and this property. JUST BOOK IT

My family and I loved the place. It was secluded and private. Amazing pool and the house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great host!

I’ve stayed at many places and this was by far my favorite house. There is a gorgeous view from every room. We used the kayaks and paddle board and the water was perfect for my 11 and 12 year old to swim and we saw fish! Las Brisa’s restaurant is down the street with amazing food all day, gas station close with everything you need, and Chalkies delivers yummy food to the house. The house is private and has parking and amazing air condition. 3 bathrooms and omg the pool was incredible with the changing lights. We really didn’t even need to leave this house and if I ever go back I will stay here again.
