The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

The property is located in good scenery and peaceful environment. It's a good place to escape from your busy schedule, Highly recommended. William was a good host, always available and helpful in all the situations and he helped us to get cab, bike contacts. Daily cleaning services were provided. Even bargained for cab charges. The cab driver was good. Pros of property Power backup, OTT platforms like Prime, Netflix, hotstar, etc.

Goa is all about experience, and our stay at Niloy's abode was just like our second home. Everything clean fresh and homely. Location is awesome, it's peaceful yet well connected with the world. Niloy had been extremely helpful everywhere you can ever imagine. Very comfortable very safe and very well maintained. loved every moment spent there and looking forward to many more stays with Niloy. Located in one of the most happening places is goa yet peaceful. You name it and it's there all around. Will recommend long stays to really understand the people and culture of this fantastic place. Extremely happy and satisfied for everything.

Evis' Joes's Haven is a new muse for us in North Goa. The apartment is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Saligao with 20 minute access to beaches like Candolim and Calangute. The apartment had all the amenities listed on Airbnb and was squeaky clean when we got there. It is spacious and airy with adequate space to store your belongings. The bathroom was clean and maintained. We could cook up and store our meals without any problem. Evis was very helpful in case we required any help. The housekeeper would turn up as required. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

so I have stayed at a lot of places in Goa I have been visiting Goa for the past 11 years and this by far is the best place that I have ever stayed in. I would love to actually buy this property but I can't because it is Stephanie, it's a really comfortable place, you will feel like staying more at home rather than going out for the parties and everything. Defo coming again;)

Everything is safe around the apartment. Tanmay you should be a super host by now! If you have any problem or query his response time was super quick. Raghav is a gem, he made our stay extremely comfortable by ease in checkin, quick communication, and accomodating changes. We felt right at home in his place, there were times in our stay where we just rested it out in the apartment over stepping out. The place is also tastefully done and we loved everything about it. The place itself is clean, cozy, and tucked away in a peaceful spot — perfect for unwinding. Despite being nestled away, we had no trouble finding cabs or getting around, and everything we needed was still nearby. It truly felt like the best of both worlds.
