Beachfront vacation rentals in Paros

Loved this place and the location. It's right in the heart of Naoussa and within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants that you will want to visit. The nightlife is popping in the area so it can get a little louder in the later hours of the evening but we still didn't have an issue sleeping. Theodoros was extremely responsive and accommodated our bags for early check in and late check out. Would recommend!

We had an AMAZING experience at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean, spacious, and modern, with a private rooftop with amazing views and amenities. Perfect studio apartment for a girls trip, and the location couldn’t be better — less than 5 minutes from the main area of town. The host was so kind and communicative, and his family-run pasta place is underneath (which was delicious). He even gave us a late check out and let us store our luggage. Would come back again and again!

The place is very nice - white house with blue windows and pink flowers. The location was perfect to reach with our rental car (which we could park right outside the door) and between a variety of beautiful beaches within walking distance. From the bed as well as from the terrace you could see directly to the sea. Communication with Stella was very nice and easy. She welcomed us with a tray full of food. It was cleaned daily and even the towels were changed. The only negative point was the mosquitoes. A fly screen in the window would be useful.

Our week at Ochre Dream was wonderful. The onsite caretaker is so sweet. Panos kindly accommodated an early arrival and late departure. The apartment was very cozy and we loved our view and patio. It exceeded our expectations. The location just outside of Naousa was perfect and when we wanted the vibrancy & charm of the village, the walk was just 10 minutes and beautiful. We absolutely loved our time on Paros and staying here was a big part of our enjoyment.

Absolutely perfect for a stay in Paros. Richard was a wonderfully helpful and friendly host. The apartment was as described and well furnished with the beach just outside the front gate and a relaxing private terrace/balcony overlooking the bay. We would absolutely stay again!

Wow. This place was incredible. Easily the best Airbnb we have ever been to. Pictures definitely do not do it justice for both the villa or the unbelievable views. Big and spacious with lots of patios and a pool with a view. Marina was very responsive and gave us lots of excellent recommendations for food and sites. Location is perfect. Steps from the best beach on the island, Plaka. Long soft sand. Lots of other beaches nearby. Only 20 minutes from must-see mountain villages Chalki and Filoti. 10 minutes from airport. 20 minutes from Chita and the port. The bus runs by the villa but easier to see things with a car rental. Marina recommended Motonaxos and they were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 3 nights, we wish that we could have stayed longer. Need at least 5 days to see the whole island and it would be an excellent base to see other close islands like Paros, Mykonos and Koufinisi. Highly, highly recommended. We hope to come back soon.

This home is absolutely amazing. It is beautiful, spotless, modern, comfortable and well worth the price. The host left many restaurant, beach, and day trip recommendations with sample itineraries and helpful maps. It is slightly outside of the town center and is therefore extremely peaceful and private. And, like everyone else has said, the view of the sunset is absolutely unmatched. We would recommend this place to anyone else who is coming to visit Naxos.

Gorgeous view of the sea, beach and sunsets from the terrace. We sat out there every morning and evening. Walked down driveway to an amazing beach! Host and house manager were always available for communication and to answer questions.

My family really enjoyed this villa! There is plenty of space for relaxing both inside and outside. The view from the villa is very beautiful…makes for good photographs (especially sunsets). We had planned to go to a beach on one afternoon, but decided just to stay outside on the porch and enjoy the sun from there. Everything about the villa was as described or better. It was clean and very comfortable. I would love to stay here again if given the chance return to Naxos. Giorgos is a wonderful host…he even left us a nice assortment of food and drinks for us to enjoy.

We spent a week with my spouse, son and parents. The villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated. The exteriors with its 2 terraces are very beautiful too and not overlooked. We would recommend it in a second. Thank you Stella for a lovely experience.

Beautiful room and pool. Very close to the beach and the town, accessible by car or quad. Had an amazing stay, host was very sweet and helpful!

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa and Thanasis’s place! Lisa was very friendly and welcoming, greeting us warmly when we arrived and also when we left. The views from the property were absolutely amazing. The pool was a really nice touch that we enjoyed throughout our stay, perfect for cooling off on warm days. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. We highly recommend staying at this Airbnb if you’re looking for a comfortable and beautiful place with great hosts. Five stars all around!

We stayed here for 2 nights with 4 adults and one toddler, and it was perfect! The location is amazing, you can walk to the water where there are lots of great restaurants and beaches. It has everything you need within walking distance, and is close to many cute towns if you have a car! Overall would highly recommend!

I generally enjoyed my time at paros. The location is just as it describes. You definitely need a car to travel around the island and it is very near to the small yet quiet sandy beach that you can dip your toes into the ocean. Super short drive to Naoussa that you can easily find anything to eat and drink. The host is very responsible and responded our messages very quickly and even let us to checkin before the time. It will make the whole experience even better if the place is a bit more clean but it still makes the whole journey very magical. Thank you to let us stay at your place.

We stayed at Mairi’s beautiful place for my birthday. The accommodation was wonderful and the view was absolutely stunning just like the photos. We spent a couple of days just sitting on the patio reading relaxing and looking at the surroundings. We were a bit disappointed that no one was there to meet us but the key was in the door so we just let ourselves in we were hoping to get recommendations from the owners but we found our way around. We had clean towels most days and the rubbish was taken out. All in all it was a love,y place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed at Stella’s place with our young toddler and it was perfect for us. It’s walking distance to the Parikia town square and close to many restaurants. The place itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Stella and her mom were very kind. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Possibly one of the nicest places we've ever stayed! Such a gorgeous apartment, and a beautiful rooftop terrace with the most incredible views. Desponia was so helpful and friendly and we appreciated that she met us to show us the apartment as the streets can get a little confusing! :-) she also kept an eye on our ferry arrival and let us check in a little early too. Good location - we soon got used to the winding streets and it was perfectly located; nice and close to all the shops and restaurants but also in a quiet and peaceful location away from any noise. We had a wonderful stay - thank you!

One of our best stays easily. The view was breathtaking, and perfect for a 20 second walk to the beach for a morning swim. Having the kitchen outside was amazing, and had everything you needed for a quick breakfast. The bed was large and very comfortable. The restaurant had fresh delicious seafood. We highly recommend staying here!

This Airbnb was simply perfect and just as described on the listing. The location was amazing, a mere 5 minute walk from the port, bus stop and with all of the main restaurants right on your doorstep. Staying alone there I felt incredibly safe as it was very peaceful and quiet. The balcony was massive and you get all of the morning sunshine hitting it :) I wouldn’t hesitate to choose this airbnb again, the host had super quick replies and as I said, it was such a beautiful space with everything you could need for your stay. I stayed for two days with my family during my 15 day trip across 6 different Airbnbs, and without a doubt, this place stayed closest to my heart. While it may be simple and basic, there’s a beautiful human touch to everything here that made me feel completely at home. The host is incredibly warm, friendly, and always available something that made a real difference in the overall experience. The on-site restaurant is a hidden gem, especially if you enjoy seafood. We tried the Thai cuisine, and it was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Magaya Beach Resort isn’t about luxury it’s about soul, sincerity, and the joy of slow travel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic stay in Paros.
