Overlooking the river. In the immediate vicinity there are shopping malls, Pärnu Museum, cafes and restaurants. 1500 m away is the beach. The apartment is smoke-free and smoking on the balcony is strictly prohibited! No pets allowed. Surveillance cameras are located around the building and in shared areas.

During the SUMMER months (June, July, August) cozy garden café is open, we offer a buffet breakfast every day from 8:00 to 11:30 for an additional fee.

During the warm seasons the balcony is really enjoyable to sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Awesome view to the Pärnu river, walking and sporting tracks close by. Really close to the city-center and Pärnu beach.

The Raeküla health and ski trails are about 2 km away, offering year-round outdoor activities. Nearby you will also find motocross and ATV tracks as well as a disc golf course. The perfect place to combine privacy, nature, and an active holiday.

This is my home, so you will also find personal things here – you are welcome as a good guest, for whom the amenities and small details have been carefully thought out. The house is not suitable for celebrations and is meant for a peaceful and quiet holiday.

This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
