The house is situated in a quiet area and is within walking distance from the beach and the city center. Visitors have free parking and are also able to use our garden. Grocery stores like Selver are nearby, and a large shopping mall is about 15 minutes away. Enjoy the scenic seaside promenade just 5 minutes from the apartment. Perfect for a relaxing stay with convenient amenities and beautiful surroundings.

This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).

The apartement is easy to access as it's on the first floor. It is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood near the beach. There is free parking in front of the house. The kitchen is well equipped with everything necessary for cooking - pots, pans, baking tray, different kniwes etc. The tap water in Pärnu is clean, has a very good taste and is good for drinking.
