Monthly Rentals in Parnell

This is a beautiful home and we had a great stay. Was perfect for my husband and I and our two boys (6 + 9) with lots of space, books and things to do. Immaculatly clean and tidy. Kim was a lovely host, great communication, even checking in on us after the storm! The description is accurate, the path is very uneven, so you need good mobility to get to the home. Great location, easy to access the sights of Auckland. Would definitely recommend!

The perfect escape for a long weekend! This place has it all, privacy, beautiful decor, a balcony, a separate bathroom with a bath tub and a comfortable bed, all hidden away from the noise of the main road. The kitchen is well equipped and there’s a walk in wardrobe! Perfect parking spot right outside the apartment (within the apartment building) and a super responsive and friendly host. Highly recommended!!

A beautiful place and very quiet with the only exception of a noisy gate banging in the wild weather which is a one off. The bed is unbelievably comfortable and very clean overall. Bathroom is immaculate. Just a bit on the small side for amenities but will suit a single traveller or couple. I have been travelling to Auckland for 15 years for work always stayed in Parnell . I would definitely stay here again for a short two night stay. Anything longer would need a place with washing machine and dryer. Overall a 9/10 for me .

Booked this place for my partners Mum and it was such an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, somewhere close to CBD but still enjoy the quiet, and the perfect place to unwind. Everything about the stay was just perfect and incredibly convenient with location, which made our trip so enjoyable and stress-free. Lum was a fantastic host — super responsive, kind, and truly went above and beyond to help us out whenever we needed anything. His hospitality really made a difference and added such a personal, caring touch to our experience. We’re already talking about coming back soon. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s in Auckland for their stay! Thank you again, Lum!
