Our experience on this Airbnb was amazing! The house exceeded all expectations: very well-equipped, clean and with a welcoming environment that made our family feel at home from the first moment. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The host was extremely attentive, from simplified check-in to valuable tips about the region. The location is also a great differential — close to sights and at the same time in a quiet area, perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing. Details such as the charming décor, the balcony with a pleasant view and the well-kept garden made our holiday even more special. We had a wonderful experience during the 45 days we spent in Paraíso Capri. The apartment completely exceeded our expectations — everything was brand new, well-equipped, comfortable and with modern decor that made us feel at home from day one. The location in Ponta Negra was also perfect: practical, quiet and with easy access to everything. Communication with Paula was also very easy and practical. We liked the stay so much that we've already booked to come back in July! It's rare to find a place that combines comfort, style, quality and hospitality in this way. We loved the house, it has a very unique, uncomplicated and cozy architecture. The condominium has a large leisure area, the beach in front is calm. Great for families. I'd definitely be back. The only point of improvement is in the maintenance of some small problems in the house, such as paint touch-ups, for example. But nothing to discredit the experience as a whole. The stay at Mrs. Magnolia and Mr. Humberto's apartment was quite pleasant. Quiet environment, hosts always available and helpful. I really enjoyed the experience.

The house was perfect for our family stay of 2 weeks. Sueide's house is perfectly located, peacful and in a secure condominio. Pictures and descriptions are accurate. Great communication and no issues what so ever. We would stay here again and highly recommend the house.
