Isa is a unique host! It makes it easy in every way for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The apartment very well decorated, makes us feel at home! Communication with Isa and his mother is immensely facilitated and all things are very clear. The apartment is way beyond what the pictures show. It's my second would be with Isa, and it's definitely not the last! Thank you so much!!!!

The apartment is very well located, in the same block as Carrefour. The condominium is very peaceful and quiet. The apartment is small but comfortable, everything is clean and with all the necessary items in the kitchen. In the bathrooms, there is fragrant liquid soap in the sinks. The hostess is very kind. It would return for sure.

Impeccable cleanliness, the apartment is very cozy and has all the necessary utensils. We'll definitely be back. I've stayed at several Airbnbs in Natal, but this was the best.

Great cost-benefit, the home matches the photos. Location is good, overlooking the beach with black tip and Morro do Bald. Entrance is self check-in, space was clean and organized. Furniture and kitchen utensils are a bit old, but they cater well!

Everything as mentioned in the announcement. Only one point of attention, the condominium has very strict rules, otherwise very cool, extremely well cared for environment, kind and considerate employees.

This is our second time staying at this listing. The location is great and now it has a covered garage for two cars. The cleaning fee is high, but it's worth it because everything is very clean, especially the bed and bath linens.

Great stay. Easy place to access Beaches of the South and North as well as the Praia de Ponta Negra itself (which we do not enjoy ... we prefer to move to the most peaceful Southern as the North). It is interesting to program a car or apps for qq locomotion/access. The advertisement fulfills what it promises and the cost X benefit is great. The hostess is helpful and always with prompt response. Full apto, clean, airy, without the smell of mold, 02 full bathrooms, great and covered garage, new air conditioning (02) and functioning perfectly beyond the fans for those who do not like air conditioning (my case in specific) TEN NOTE

The apartment corresponds to the pictures. The garden is beautiful, well cared for. About the location, we like it very much, but it is far from the beach, with a rather steep and tiring descent/ climb, but using app cars is quite easy

Apt very secure, condominium with excellent structure, all items according to announcement, always fast communication, the beaches of Parnamirim are excellent and are only 5 min by car. The Christmas beaches are 10 minutes away. In other words, the stay is in a very strategic region for those who want to enjoy the coast well.

My vacation with my family was perfect, starting with the wonderful, calm and peaceful place for those seeking peace. The apartment is a show apart, a spectacular view every day, and at night we were graced with the full moon reflecting in the sea... a dream! It is clean and airy, we didn't miss anything. Regina was always helpful and dear from the first contact, indicating tours and restaurants, this was a great distinguishing characteristic. Our departure was with a tone of I want more!! We hope to return next year.❤️

The super stay met our needs. The description and photos of the apartment is exactly as in reality, super organized with everything that is needed available, clean and well taken care of. The host has reviewed all the important recommendations and, when necessary, was helpful in helping us and answering our questions. Super apartment in Puerto Brasil. Is on 10ha a locked area with 24/7 security guards. Almost has a private beach. There is hardly anything going on on the other side of the fishing beach, there are also people from the surrounding pond. Despite all this very quiet and safe. Only you should avoid carnival if you don't like to party. The main street is very noisy carnival.

The place is easy to find, the condominium is very beautiful, comfortable, inside there are several swimming pools, green areas, playgrounds, wonderful beach access. The apartment is small, but super comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, mineral water, household utensils, and more. The rooms have a duvet, towels, and a hammock. Anyway, the stay was wonderful, we will definitely be back.

Fernando's apartment is perfect, especially for a small family. It has a suite with comfortable bed, TV and air conditioning and another room that serves as a living room and second bedroom with sofa bed with very comfortable double size mattress, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is small but extremely functional with all the cooking items and an espresso machine that won my heart (thanks for the gift capsules). It has a huge social bathroom, washer and balcony with table and chairs. Everything clean, modern and beautiful. The small pet in the apê is an apart charm, with a walk and a feed and water dispenser. The condominium is a luxury, with several amenities, warm pools, access to the beach a few meters, a very quiet and family atmosphere. It also has covered parking and modern identification system. Check in and check out super quiet, the very fast and resolute communication with Fernando was another great differential. I recommend 100%.
