This property and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning! It’s such a serene and relaxing place and we were sad to leave! Troy and Katherine were very accommodating and the loft was comfortable and cozy. It was a perfect place for a little getaway and we definitely want to come back.

Was everything you could want. Nicest of supplies and furnishings. I was there for a conference not restaurants or shopping. Love Whole Foods what a blessing.

The place was exactly as described, actually it felt nicer than the photos communicated. Very relaxing sunlit basement unit with lots of space in the living room and dining room, large bedroom and bathroom, clean, comfy beds, strong water pressure. Clear instructions from Mailynn on how to get in using the lockbox. Its a very quiet neighborhood, backing onto a trail system - you can see people heading out on hikes or bikes beyond the backyard. Its about a 12 minute drive to most shops and restaurants in Flagstaff. If someone were coming for the Cocodona 250 race (as I was), it is actually walking distance to the course and Fort Tuthill aid station through the trails.

Cute little apartment tucked behind the wine shop in downtown Williams. You're in the heart of everything, but also feel separated because the entrance is set back from the street. Perfect for one person or a couple, might feel tight for more than that. Parking is easy. You'll hear the wine bar through the locked door that separates the two spaces, but it closes early enough that it's not an issue. Would stay here again

Very comfortable, small home perfect for exploring the Grand Canyon and Williams areas. Home very well decorated with attractive decor, and all appliances, dishes and linens were beautiful. Would definitely recommend, and if we are back in this area, we will stay again!

This was our second stay in the Kendrick St. 1-bedroom suite. We just love the friendly and proactive communication, thoughtfulness of amenities, comfortable bed and nice shower, the beautiful garden/yard and picnic area, the walkable neighborhoods and that it's just a short walk to downtown and also to Thorpe park and a beautiful forested trail. It's also reasonably priced. This time we were very happy to meet Mario, who is incredibly skilled at building and maintaining many of the amenities that we all appreciate so much. Super friendly. We'll be back soon.

We came here with 3 families (8 kids ages 6-15) to explore the Grand Canyon. It was right near the Willams train station (highly recommend taking the train into the National Park). We loved being able to come home and cook dinners and rest up in the comforts of a home. Thank you to our wonderful hosts! We had an amazing vacation and made great memories!

The attention to detail was clear in every room, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and check-in was a breeze. Our stay at Meggin's condo was perfect! First of all, it's very clean, cozy and comfortable. It's also nicely decorated. We truly did feel right at home. Secondly, it was nicely stocked with essentials PLUS so much more. We walked, cooked, played games and just chilled. It was a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay here! It met all my expectations and was a great location for everything we had planned. The host quickly responded to all my questions. Such a quiet and friendly neighborhood.

Jon's place was comfortable and just as described. We especially enjoyed the bed and the small patio area to have a cuppa coffee! Location was perfect for our visit to Flagstaff. Only minor cons were that there is no tv in the bedroom (husbands preference) and we couldn't find the laundry soap as mentioned in the listing. Everything else was great, we will be back again!

The trees in Flagstaff are beautiful . Lots of fun things in the area including the Grand Canyon.

We had blessed days in the house. The place is super cozy and spotlessly clean, with a functional and equipped kitchen. Kim was very attentive, communication was effective and quick. Loved this vacation rental. Very clean and well-kept, good space. Primary bed was very comfortable and we travel alot so I don’t say that about many places. Loved the blackout curtains. Great back patio area. The creek is nearby and you can hear the gentle noise at night which was soothing. The pictures of the creek are a bit deceiving only that you can’t see the creek from the property very well but if you take a 2 min walk down a steep sidewalk it opens up to the creek and it’s beautiful and private with some picnic tables and large area of grass. We walked all through the canyon next to the creek each morning and it was fabulous because we didn’t have to fight with any parking issues or large amounts of people. Craig was very communicative and we would definitely stay again!
