Wrap around verandah taking in rural views, french doors into most rooms. Stainless steel kitchen, Wide old floor boards. High ceilings. Ten minutes out of Orange and close to local wineries and food producers. We supply continental breakfast provisions including fresh and poached fruit, house made muesli, yoghurt, juice, local sourdough, jam and cheese. Coffee, milk and a selection of teas also provided. Old Convent Cottage is also located at the same address and available to book on Airbnb.

"Anglesey House" Iconic Forbes CBD Heritage Home

"Anglesey House" a two storey, Late Victorian home built in 1884 in the CBD. A wealthy merchant from Anglesey in Wales, loaded two ships with finery that could not be obtained in Australia at the time. William Thomas built Anglesey House with it's seven marble fireplaces, cedar staircase, high and ornate ceilings and sandstone stables in the back garden. This cosy space is a private half house with a separate entrance and off street parking. Offering spacious separate living and dining and two bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and the 2nd with a double (please see additional information). You can enjoy the beautiful garden with magnificent trees from the private front porch which has a BBQ and outdoor seating. Located on 15 acres on the edge of town. It is a few minutes drive from Orange's CBD as well as a short drive to Millthorpe Village.

An 80’s wonder situated in a quiet cul-de-sac!! Natural gas heater and zoned heating/cooling for your comfort. 2 lounge rooms with an enormous lounge the whole family can sit on!! Dining room seats 8 people, fully functional kitchen with all appliances. Main Bathroom is dated but the pressure and heat is spot on. En-suite is freshly renovated. Trampoline outside for the kids.
