Enjoy your own private apartment with lots of natural sunlight above main home garage. Private entrance with fully fenced yard. Five minutes from downtown Parker and approx seven minutes to 470. Peaceful, country living that is close to everything! The apartment entrance opens into private fenced yard with up to two dogs allowed. Beautiful 13 acre property with barn and wildlife. Home is only 5 years old. Fully stocked kitchen with Kuerig and very comfortable king size bed. Also has washer/dryer
