Vacation rentals with lake access in Parkdale, Old Toronto

Great location, great communication, clean place, would stay again on our return to Toronto.

A lovely clean space with comfortable beds. Tia was so on top of communicating every we needed to know, and when we arrived, Johnny carried my suitcases down the stairs for me. Just enough stuff in the small kitchen area to heat up a meal and make morning coffee. Huge refrigerator! And the location is perfect. Nice quiet neighborhood but close to the main road -- restaurants and grocery stores. So much better than getting two hotel rooms!

My parents stayed here during the holidays for a couple of weeks as this place is close by my home. They really enjoyed staying at Anson’s place. Next time they come back, I will be looking for availability on this place as my first option for sure. Lastly, the host (Anson’s) was very responsive.

We stayed here June of 2025 with an extended family (four adults and two children). Highlights: + Walk to the beach -- once our children discovered this, we did it at least once a day : ) + Quiet neighborhood. + Really spacious house with plenty of room for everyone. + Beautiful master suite on top floor. + Well equipped kitchen (pots, pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, etc.). Overall, a really great place for a really great stay.

Johan was a solid host. Easy to talk to. Fast to respond. The property was as described/expected. Stayed for a month with my wife and 2 young children and a dog. Close to parks. Walking distance to Bloor West. Can’t go wrong. 10/10 would recommend

This place was lovely and exactly what we needed! Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, the beach is gorgeous, and the hosts are next level responsive and flexible. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Zubair's! first of all, the airbnb is nice and clean and has a perfect all enclosed backyard for our dog to runaround. There were fresh fresh flowers in vase to welcome us in! kitchen has everything we needed. There are beautiful parks walking distance away, served our needs of walking our dog! Zubair is fast responding to messages, and even offered to help me with my delayed amazon package. We had a great time staying at the airbnb and will definitely recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay. The basement suite was perfect for my son and I when traveling through Toronto. It's location in the Beaches community is convenient and is an easy 5-10 minute walk down to Queen Street which is a great place to eat, shop, or relax in the evening as well as the waterfront for pretty much and beach activity you want to enjoy from the boardwalk to the beach volleyball courts. Our hosts were extremely friendly and treated us like family. I would highly recommend this location.

I had a great stay at Yuan’s bnb. We came by train and it was a 10 minute walk from the train station. Clean place, comfy bed and pillows, with a very nice view.

Thank you for hosting me! I had a fantastic stay at Justine’s place. As someone who loves to cook it was fantastic having a full kitchen and meal prep space. Also being close to different transit stops was wonderful. I loved the location because after a busy day having fun in downtown, it’s great to return to the peace of the neighborhood where the place is located to relax with everything you need set up there. Looking forward to staying there next time I visit Toronto!

Really amazing view and building in a great location with easy access to GO trains and TTC. Building facilities are great! Check out is 10am

If you are considering this place, just go ahead and book it! My family of four—including two college age kids—were so comfortable here for three nights. It’s clean and well equipped in a safe walkable neighborhood, and Liron and Maya are the nicest, most helpful hosts. Pro tip if you’re parking in their garage spot: follow their instructions in reverse to get out of the garage. We went in a big circle at first trying to find the ramp. lol

Loved this place. There was a great view from the balcony and the place was located very close to many restaurants and other activities. Matthew was very helpful and he responded quickly if we needed help with anything. Overall this place was great and we had such a good time here!

Vadim's place was great for me to stay for 2 nights surrounding a City & Colour concert I attended on 6/20/25 - Great view & building. Clean place & very responsive host! Definitely perfect for anyone staying in Toronto that is there to go to a concert at the Budweiser Stage - It's about a 20 minute walk there - CN Tower is clear from the window too, as well as the glass buildings & waterside - The only thing that was different from other stays was the request to put the bedsheets & towels in the washer; and start that before you check out. I neglect to recall if there was a cleaning fee or not on this one, so just make sure to remember this before you check out!

Our first Airbnb stay and it was a great experience! The host was fantastic—very helpful, responsive, and made sure everything we needed was available. The place is clean, safe (24/7 security), and perfect for a family of three. Philip, the security guard, was very kind and helpful. The kitchen is fully equipped—we cooked breakfast and dinner easily. A washing machine, dryer, and iron are also provided. Comfortable bed and sofa bed made for a good night's sleep. Location is amazing—walking distance to Dundas St, Eaton Centre, CN Tower, Queen’s Terminal, and St. Michael’s Basilica. Grocery stores like No Frills, Metro, Bulk Barn, and St. Lawrence Market are nearby. Will definitely stay here again when in Toronto!
