The historical brown stone building was beautifully renovated a few years ago. The ceiling is high up and the room is spacious that you feel great. The mattress is one of the most comfortable ones that you can sleep like a sleeping beauty. You feel refresh in this pleasant place after the touring or working in the busy city. Located in historic brownstone, our spacious quiet two-bedroom apartment occupies an entire floor with private entrance, private backyard & host usually unseen. Enjoy newly renovated full kitchen and bathroom with W/D, or find your zen in the garden. Outside, you are merely steps to the Central Park, subway station to B/C trains, and short walk to many dining, cafe and shopping options. The Museum Mile is a walk through park and Lincoln Center is close by. Free WiFi, smart TV, heating & A/C.

1892 Brownstone on Landmarked Block

Stay in a beautifully restored brownstone near Central Park. We own and live on the lower two floors; guest rooms are on the third floor. THIS IS A SHARED ACCOMODATION. Guests are welcome to use our Kitchen, but there is a microwave and small fridge in the guest room. Two large bedrooms with queen beds and one small room with a twin bed. Please note that the small twin bedroom is accessed from the queen bedroom. One private bath shared by all three bedrooms. The floor is totally private.

5th floor walk up. Not a good apt for someone who can not handle exercise. If you’re looking for a sleek, minimalist hotel experience, this isn’t it.
