The apartment is newly renovated with a modern equipped kitchen, separate entrance. The most beautiful view of the village is from our porch. It's quiet here, but you won't be bored. We are natives, we know the village and the surroundings as few do. We are happy to advise. You can explore the old mining monuments, nature. We provide parking, massage, bicycles, sledges. We have playgrounds here. We breed rams, fish and cats. Even the little ones will enjoy themselves. There is a fireplace, gazebo, meadow. In winter, you start and end cross-country skiing and ski touring right next to the house.

We offer you a cottage for rent (stay) in the middle of the beautiful Liptov nature. The mountain cottage is located behind the village of Liptovská Porúbka (1 km from the town). Our valley is very beautiful and provides many hiking trails. The neighbor is a very famous and beautiful valley Janska Dolina. The cottage is located on a gentle hill from where there is a beautiful view of the surroundings. The cottage is divided into 2 parts. Lower part: common room, fireplace, kitchen, passage to the terrace directly from the living room. Also at the bottom is a toilet and bathroom.

In this stylish place you will have fun with the whole family outdoors - badminton, volleyball, football, trampoline, swing, or indoors - activities, cards, people, or TV, DVD, WIFI. In the 3 bedrooms and 1 living room, up to 11 people can sleep, you can have a drink either on the terrace with an outdoor fireplace/gas grill or in a stylish kitchen. From the original bathroom you have a view of the beautiful Liptov nature, at night the starry sky... Shop and bus stop max 100m. In the village, the largest articulated church in the Slovak Republic, nearby hiking, cycling routes

Chata Kvetka pod Kriváňom (Cottage Kvetka under Kriváň)

Chalupa Kvetka is located in the village of Liptovská Kokava. Free private parking is available on site. The Liptov village nestled under the Western Tatras and the massive Kriváň is home to the Machy Nature Reserve and offers a wide range of hiking opportunities in the Tatras and Liptov. From Liptovská Kokava, for example, you can go on a trip to Račková and Jamnická valleys, rafting on the Belá river and much more. The village is unique in its location, you can admire the High Tatras, Low Tatras and the whole Liptov.

The house has direct access to the lake with own private beach and unique view. Ideal location for families with kids, passionate fishermen and active tourists. A view of Liptovská Mara and West Tatra mountains. A terrace equipped with patio furniture and grill, direct access to the private beach and the lake, heated swimming pool for kids, and small playground.

The kitchen has a tiled stove with an oven, an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave oven with a grill, a fridge with a freezer, an espresso machine (15 bar), a toaster, a dishwasher. Washing machine in the bathroom with a shower corner and a sink, as well as a separate toilet with a sink. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and a sink.

Completely renovated in 2025, it offers modern accommodation just 400 m from the Nová hoľa ski slope.
