Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

In the left part of our farmhouse in the countryside on large wooded grounds, accommodation comprising a living room, a kitchen with table on the ground floor for 5. A double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Upstairs : a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, a bathroom. Ideal for a quiet romantic stay in the countryside. Welcome to this entire, welcoming house, ideal for a family holiday or small group getaway, just 15 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and close to the A11 motorway for easy access. This comfortable country house combines rustic charm with all modern amenities for a relaxing stay. Enjoy a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, an outdoor area with a garden, and private access to the swimming pool (open from April to October).
