We have transformed a former painting studio into a contemporary and welcoming space, combining historic charm with modernity. Every detail is crafted to offer you a memorable experience, whether it’s for a romantic getaway, a weekend with friends, or a business trip.

80 m2 house with one floor 1.5 km from the village, 5 minutes from the A28, 15 minutes from Le Mans and the circuit. On the ground floor, large room with equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher), table and sofa (convertible). Upstairs, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed. One with 2 beds of 80 with possibility of making a bed of 160. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The exterior is shared with our residential house. Our dog is free in the yard and loves to be petted.

We are a farmer-baker, the farm is located 3 minutes from the cottage, you can pick up your bread at the farm and taste wine at our winegrower friends.

From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
