very nice place and easy access to transport

I spent 3 weeks in this apartment It is easy to locate because it is close to Choisy train station, convenient access, in a quiet building It is clean, close to transport, convenient for getting to Paris (several transport lines that lead to the apartment) Next to it is the market (3 times a week) Supermarkets and restaurants nearby for all tastes Martin is very responsive, welcoming My stay went very well. A big thank you to Fabien who does everything for his visitors with an instant reaction. - the accommodation described is perfect, beautiful living room, big screen TV, beautiful bedroom with 160 bed and very good mattress, perfect bathroom with washing machine, small outdoor area, nothing to complain about, but beware the tram t9 has a special price. If I come back to Paris, this is where I will come back again. Thank you FABIEN, it's rare to find accommodation so well suited. HENRI

The place was very nice and clean, it's a quiet place even though there is a bus stop in front of the door. There is an easy connection near by, within 20 minutes you're in the centre of Paris. Thanks for the lovely stay and we hope we may stay here again!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this lovely flat in Paris! The apartment was exactly as described—charming, clean and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was absolutely perfect—nestled in a quiet neighbourhood and Very close to bus & Train station. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful. This place truly added to the magic of our trip. We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing stay in Paris.

Functional apartment and ideal geographical location with a certain tranquility

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There are plenty of shops and you feel safe walking home. Sophie's place is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The cherry on top was the jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and linens are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well-equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We will definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
