In southern Burgundy 20 minutes from Paray le Monial, 2 hours from Paris by TGV, 1h30 from Lyon, 2 hours from Geneva. Sleeps 6 including a main room with kitchen, a bedroom with a bed of 160, a bathroom and on the 1st a bed of 160 and two beds of 90.

Located 2 hours from Paris by train, ideal for a weekend getaway. Perfect location for hikers, the GR76 passes in front of the house. Gite for 2 to 4 people.

Maison Le Garochet Gîte Écurie - Hot Tub Pool

Cottage with pool and Nordic bath. This cottage was a stable completely transformed into a cottage. From the kitchen and dining room you have a view of the Arroux and Loire valleys. On the horizon, you can see the Massif Central. The cottage is located on a 4-hectare natural estate (Maison Le Garochet). You have access to the pool and Nordic bath (to share with our second cottage during the summer). In the area, many relaxation areas have been created.

In the Charolais countryside between Paray-le-Monial and Cluny, an old furnished house located in a small village. Quiet and relaxing place located in the municipality of Mornay. Ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy nature, great hiking, cycling and much more... Ideal house for 6 people, 2 bedrooms, 1 large living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom (shower) toilet. All the comforts of home.

the CONDE house + 8x4 pool, 2023 project

Our house built in the 18th century is in the countryside. This bucolic setting conducive to rest, sports activities (25 km greenway along the old railway line), spirituality (9 km from the 12th century Romanesque Basilica of Paray-le Monial), castle visits and local pleasures, will help you spend an unforgettable vacation. The house has an 8x4 swimming pool that is fenced with a lockable gate, and a shaded terrace.

This is our newest 3 bedroom gite on the property. The kitchen is fully functional and spacious. Two cooking induction rings are in function. You will also find a dishwasher and a coffee machine + a water boiler. The living room has basic yet comfortable furniture. The gite includes a private entrance and a garden. The swimming pool and terrain are shared with other guests. The property is not baby/child proof.

Studio 21 m2 (maximum 3 people)

Step-free studio, consisting of a main room of 17m2 with a retractable double bed (160cm) and a single bed (90cm). The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, laundry dryer, two induction hobs, a Nespresso machine and a kettle... The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower with folding seat, a towel dryer with a toilet and a sink with a two-door ice cabinet.

With us, parents and children will find happiness, in a green setting surrounded by meadows! You will have the choice to enjoy the garden, deckchairs, for a relaxing break or to practice many activities on site: swimming pool (open according to weather from early June to end of September: contact us) bad/volleyball court, indoor climbing wall, trampoline, slide, swing, ball games...
