Il n'y a pas de parking privé, le stationnement s’effectue sur la route principale qui est gratuit. Le linge de maison est fourni (drap + serviette). Il y a une boîte à clé en cas d’arrivée tardive. Pas d’animaux. Fumeur toléré dans la cour extérieure. La maison dispose du chauffage central au gaz.
