Absolutely beautiful villa! Both the owner and manager were wonderful and friendly! The villa had an amazing view, was pristine and perfectly located for a relaxing vacation but within driving distance of some great attractions. The few times we had questions they were answered promptly and politely! The kitchen was well stocked with enough food to provide us with meals when we first arrived after a long day of travel from the US. The owner and manager were both very attentive! We highly recommend this location and if we travel to Greece again will definitely stay there! We also really enjoyed the region due to it being very welcoming to tourists but not what I would call a real touristy destination. In other words just perfect. Enough restaurants and shops to get what you need but no high end retail stores or tacky souvenir shops. If I had to guess this is what travel probably looked like years ago. We couldn’t have asked for anything better, it’s exactly what we were looking for.

This house was just perfect! The house was even nicer than the pictures! Unbelievable views!!! Cleaner than clean! Just plan amazing! The hosts were very helpful, friendly and responsive! They made us feel at home. They took care of every one of our needs. Do not hesitate to book this home for your holiday in the Kalamata area!

We enjoyed the beautiful house of Frasier very much. The house is clean and has everything you would want. The area is beautiful and quiet. The nearby village is nice, with friendly people and good food.

We had a fantastic week, Niki's castle is incredible! it's fantastically well equipped which really made a difference. Beach towels, pool towels, beach umbrellas, loads of cooking ingredients, toiletries, everything we needed and more. I loved using the herbs and spices to prepare food for the BBQ pit. There are so many places to enjoy the stunning views... breakfast on the mid terrace, dinner at the top, table by the pool, table by the BBQ, you're spoilt for choice. And what a view.... those sunsets! Nike was a brilliant host, really quick to respond, and there were lovely treats to enjoy...like homemade olive oil and homegrown Kalamata olives! The location was great, a very short drive down to the coast where we tried many of the beaches. Also an easy drive to Kalamata itself, and the airport. We found a good format for our days was beach in the morning (easier to find parking), then pool for the afternoon. Though a sunset swim in the sea was a highlight. Thanks Niki, what a week!

Me and my family had a great stay at Anax Villa! The house is spacious, has all the appliances needed, large kitchen to cook and dining table indoor and outdoor. What really stands out are the different terraces from where you can enjoy views over the sea, big forests of olive trees and amazing sunsets. The communication with the host was very good and he gave us good suggestions to visit the area. The location is also very good, close to the amazing seaside of Kalamata, the Mani Peninsula and also the Golden Coast in the Pylos area. We had a great time and highly recommend this stay!

Wonderful host and a great place to stay! We were 3 couples and the house offers great independence and privacy for all. Bedrooms were all equally comfortable. The place has an incredible view and a wonderful, big garden? Which our dog greatly appreciated! It was super clean, with plenty of amenities, and we also found 6 big bottles of water in the fridge! Antonis is a wonderful host! He was proactively communicative and very friendly and flexible. He also shared a long list of recommendations. Would absolutely visit again!

Very nice stay at Olive Mare. It was very nice to wake up in the morning and see the olive trees and the sea from the bedroom terrace. Well-equipped house, very nicely decorated with attention to detail. Pool that we enjoyed every day. We also enjoyed eating outside facing the garden and pool. Quiet place. In the morning we heard the rooster and in the evening the cicadas. It was also close to the village of Agios Nikolaos and charming mountain villages with its beautiful Byzantine-style churches. Thanks to Michael for his attention.

We had a wonderful stay at Aikaterini’s. Just a short walk away from the centre of Kardamyli and also the beaches. House was immaculate and well appointed. Beautiful peaceful swimming pool. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful stay in Casa Antica - precisely what we wanted and location was fantastic. It is exactly as shown - a very creative and sympathetic conversion of an attractive old house - keeps the character of the old with a super up to date / high quality interior and everything we needed (including good aircon throughout). Three good sized double bedrooms. 20 min walk (downhill) to Stoupa which is a good beach for swimming with plenty of restaurants / shops. Check-in / check-out really well handled - we were met on the main road and guided to the house (necessary as is through a short but complex set of very narrow roads; parking right next to house). Very quiet environs, pool was perfect for us (4 people including two teenagers) and outside kitchen is a small west facing terrace with an amazing view over coast perfect for breakfast or evening drinks.

We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again if we could. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. The place looks even nicer in person than the photos. The view was beautiful - could see both the mountains and the water. The pool was kept extremely clean and is very large so was great to swim in. They have a washer and dryer, which was very helpful during our almost weeklong stay. The upstairs feels very private, as it is a gigantic patio (with multiple great areas to sit), a bedroom, and a very large bathroom; which worked great for our family as we could stay upstairs and have our own space while our kids were in the bedrooms downstairs. The layout is really open for the sitting room, kitchen, and dining room, making it very pleasant for socializing in the house. The host also has a property next door available to rent (which is also a beautiful house) and I had family staying there. This worked out really well having houses so close together. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful time here. The villa is better than the photos suggest! Perfectly appointed and a private oasis for relaxing. A quiet village only 11 mins drive from Pylos with beautiful beaches nearby. Anezina was a fantastic host and I would highly recommend the house.

Beautiful villa, amazing view- the only downside is the unpaved road and driveway that leads to the house but you forget about it quickly after you see the house and view Matina and her staff are wonderful, very helpful and breakfast was amazing every day!

Taha made sure we get the most out of our stay. I was a bit skeptical when I saw only 4 reviews with an average of 5.0 but it's completely justified, as everything is just perfect with the house, the location and the hospitality of Taha.

Such a great place to stay at. We absolutely loved the apartment. It is located in the middle of some olive tree gardens and about 150 m from a very private slightly stony beach. From the huge balcony you can hear the waves crashing to shore. The apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures and might have been one of the most well-equipped AirBnBs we have had. The fantastic pool area is used exclusively by the guests during their stay and offers many seating areas, a BBQ and outdoor showers as well. The owners are very friendly and even left us some pomegranates from their garden. If you need help or tips for local restaurants they are quick to help. Kyparissia is a great place for many different trips - most of them are only about 1h drive away - Olympia, several waterfalls, many beautiful beaches. Additionally, there are two supermarkets just before you turn off from the main road providing you with everything you need .We would absolutely come back again :)

We recently spent a few days at this holiday house in Foinikounta, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property is an absolute gem, offering everything a family could wish for, especially if you're traveling with a little one. The house is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The private pool was a highlight for us—perfectly sized and well-maintained. The location is ideal—peaceful and serene, yet just a short drive to the beach and local attractions. We loved exploring Foinikounta and other small towns in the area. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always available to answer our questions. Overall, this holiday house is perfect for families looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Foinikounta. We can't recommend it enough and hope to return soon!

Our Villa was beautifully appointed and well thought out. We were beyond pleased with this listing. It truly exceeded our expectations. Loved all the outdoor areas as well as both pools. Don't normally leave reviews but this villa & the owner Niko certainly warrant one! Our first stay in Stoupa & didn't disappoint, great location, 5min walk to supermarkets, 10min walk to Stoupa/Kalogria beach & restaurants. Niko greeted us on arrival, taking time to show us where everything was. The finish is excellent with such attention to detail, better than the photos. Fully equipped modern kitchen, amazing coffee machine and milk frother that Niko kept topped up with beans! Aircon throughout, automatic shutters at every window, outdoor security lighting around the villa, beautiful pool area with super comfy bean bags & loungers, bbq area with sink & outdoor dining & great view of the mountains. Bedrooms/bathroom lovely, walk-in showers. Lots of wardrobe/drawer storage, loads of towels inc beach/pool ones & plenty of hangers!! Felt so relaxed & at home & Niko was always on hand to check we were happy. One of the best holidays we have had, what a find, we will be back!

The house is stunning, very new and luxurious, with a wonderful pool to relax in and a lovely garden. Methoni is not far, and it has all the necessities you would need. We had an amazing time and wish we had stayed even longer.

What an incredible oasis! We stayed at Fenia’s with our family for a few days before we got married at Petra & Fos Boutique Hotel & Spa a couple minutes’ walk away. It was idyllic! We loved our little hideaway. Fenia and the local host Dimitra were lovely and very helpful. The house is spotless and the location spectacular. Dimitra was always there to help and provided us with some local treats on arrival “. It is useful to know that you need to tell the hosts in advance if you need linens on the sofa bed on the mezzanine as they aren’t readily available. A strange smell at some points during the stay and some electrical issues but honestly neither detracted from the stay. The pool is beyond perfect and we would love to come back again!! In fact, if we could buy our own exactly the same, we would :-)

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent and far from neighbours so we could be a bit loud at night. We will definitely be back - would highly recommend!
