We are based only 300m from the port of Karlovasi, near to the famous beaches of Mikro & Megalo Seitani, Potami beach and waterfalls.

It consists of an open plan living room-kitchen, a modern bathroom, while in the attic there is the bedroom that can accommodate up to four guests. Access to the beach is direct, offering you the opportunity to enjoy your swim at all hours of the day!

It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.
