My name is George and I am delighted to host you in my seaside house. Just 2km from Andros's port, Gavrio, lies the house which is located in the heart of Agios Petros area. The sea and the sand of Agios Petros beach is only 50meters from the property.

Stone suite just 10 meters from the beach. Very large windows to enjoy the sea view, outdoor pergola with seating and table. Fully furnished kitchen and comfortable bathroom/shower. As you climb the wooden stairs you reach the bedroom where you can best enjoy the sea view. The strong presence of wood combined with the built-in bed and the sofa reminds you of the mansions of the Cyclades.

It is a newly built maisonette where the ground floor has a kitchen, living room and dining room, and the 1st floor has the bedroom and bathroom. It has a stunning view of the Ag. Peter from both terraces (bedroom & living room). It is just 3 km from the port and 500m from the provincial road. Ag. Petros beach is 500m from the house and on the area there are taverns and bread station.
